  The kid behind the counter told me to turn my phone down when there’s nobody in the restaurant and I’m on a work call first off don’t ever tell your customers to turn down their phones second off don’t ever interrupt somebody when they’re on their cell phone third off I’m the only paying Customer that is in this restaurant and you want to treat me like that this is the whole reason why I hate Jimmy John’s this is why I never come here is the first time I’ve ordered food from you guys in over two years and now it’s gonna be another probably until I’m dead because I’ll never eat at Jimmy John’s again because of your guys service it’s horrible the way you treat people is disgusting

  Staff does not change gloves upon leaving the food preparation area, they go back to storage area, come back to cashier, touch the screen and start preparing food without changing gloves.

  Jamie fixed my order, as I was under the impression my sandwich would be toasted. That’s the kind of customer service more people need to learn from. Great leader.

  Just walked in and was ignored while the employees talked about some take out orders. Left. I'll spend money where I'm treated like a valued customer. There were 0 customers in the building!

  Would love to order from this jimmy johns more often but nearly every time the delivery takes upwards of an hour. App always says delivery may take longer than usual. At this point isnt that just the usual time frame? Anyways, I tried just going in to get a sandwich instead of delivery and last time I did I stood at the front for about 10 minutes whole everyone behind the counter just kind of kept doing what they were doing. A few of them glanced up at me. No one acknowledged me at all. So I just walked out and went to Lennys in the same parking lot. Pretty sure I got out of lennys faster than they were able to take care of the person standing behind me at Jimmy John's. Pretty disappointing
