Such sweet Partners I encountered at THIS location. I am so thankful I can ALWAYS COUNT ON MY HEB 😉 to be friendly and I find helpful people each and everytime I visit a different location. I like to see if it's ALL THE SAME OR NOT, BC NOT ALL EMPLOYEES AND PARTNERS ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, just saying bc no 2 stores are aline either.

THIS STORE IS DISGUSTING. Constantly disgusting dogs in the store peeing and pooping and employees don’t care. HUGE SIGN out front says NO PETS, why does the store not care and let fur and dog’s bodily waste accumulate on the food? Disgusting. Picture below shows employee not caring.

I’ve been shopping at this H-E-B for about five years, and I wanted to specifically recognize Allie in the bakery department. I first got to know Allie through a couple of custom cakes she helped me with for my daughter’s birthdays. They turned out fantastic, and every interaction I’ve had with her since has been great. She’s always friendly, helpful, and genuinely seems to care about the people she’s helping. But what happened today deserves some extra recognition. H-E-B’s s’mores cookies are probably my favorite cookies anywhere, and I don’t even really like sweets that much. For years, whenever I saw them, I’d buy as many as I could. Then they disappeared. I kept checking for months without realizing they were seasonal. Earlier this year, I finally asked Allie about them. She explained that they were a summer item, so once summer came around, I started looking again. Every time I saw Allie, I’d ask, “Are they here yet?” She would actually check the system for me, but they still weren’t available. Eventually, it looked like they might not be coming back at all, so I pretty much gave up. This morning, I was shopping with my daughter when she spotted Allie and said, “Hey, there’s Allie!” We walked over to say hi, and before I could even ask, Allie looked at me and said, “Oh my God, I just ordered the cookies!” She had remembered. After all this time, she remembered exactly what I had been looking for, kept an eye out for them, and when they finally became available, she made sure to order them. Just for me! I waited at the store about 30 minutes for them to bake and cool, and after about a year of waiting, I finally got my s’mores cookies again. That kind of customer service is rare. Allie knows me by name, remembers the little things, and consistently goes out of her way to help. She’s an awesome employee and exactly the kind of person who makes you enjoy shopping somewhere. H-E-B is lucky to have her! Thank you, Allie!

Love me some.heb and the options here in the sushi area is awesome. I stopped by this location after going to Paris Baguette. I needed a gallon of water and wanted to try the pizza cafe that i saw on tik tok. Pizza wasnt bad and wasnt too impressive at all either. Regreted spending $11 for it as this particular location is only 10.4mi away from where i live. By the time i got home this pizza was cold like it been sitting out all night. Agaim i totally regret spending $11 for it. I mos def wont be buying pizza fresh pizza from here EVER again. Sorry H-E-B. I will brag again on the sushi section and the hibachi section. That crayfish lo mein is my go to just wish thwy put more shrimp in it like they have for the beef and chicken fried rice
