Walking up to the counter I was ignored for 5 minutes while the staff talked about Star Wars and ignored me just standing there. I thought this deli department was bad but yesterday was just abysmal. This store is amazing and it’s high class except for the deli who just sells themselves short every single time. Multiple other customers just standing there waiting too

I picked up three bags of simple popcorns because there was a Heb coupon where you buy two get one free. At checked out the cashier scanned the coupon and it said expired. It expired yesterday but there were so many of those coupons by the popcorn and I did not read the paper for the date. The cashier said it’s expired and processed to scan my other items. I told her that there’s still a lot of that same coupon right next to the product and she proceeded to ignore me and say your total is $65.
