  I drove out here specifically to redeem a free classic cakeball or signature truffle using their rewards program. I don’t come often because parking is always a nightmare, and tonight was no exception. When I showed them the app, the staff seemed confused on how to do a redemption. So they had to call the owner for help. The owner apparently told them not to honor the redemption because they were in the process of switching rewards program platforms, and what used to be a 50‑point reward was going to be a 300‑point reward. The staff said my points would transfer eventually, but I only will have 63 — not enough under the new system. Hey, I’m no entrepreneur. But I am a customer who eats out all the time. And to me this is a textbook example of an owner who doesn’t get customer service. I drove all the way there, dealt with the parking, and came specifically to redeem a reward that still showed as valid in their app. It’s not my fault their system hadn’t switched over yet. These cakeball and truffle treats are only the size of a donut hole. It’s not one of their higher end desserts. The obvious right move would’ve been to honor the reward and give the customer the treat. But nope. They chose the stingy route instead. And with that one decision, they lost another customer. Congrats and enjoy your cakeballs.

  Went for the first time to pick up some no sugar added treats. The beautiful ladies there were so sweet and helpful! Pricing is very reasonable and the treats are delicious!

  Went and bought two slices of cake! One tres leches and the other the cookie one. Both pieces when I got home were super small and tres leches was a corner piece on top of that. The other dessert gallery I go to would never do this! They aren’t stingy and are fair with the slices. Never coming back to this location! That’s a fact!

  I’m couldn’t believe what I heard. I am extremely disappointed by my recent experience. After waiting a little while for my order, I kindly approached the counter to ask about its status. The cashier checked with a coworker, who responded with a joke referencing my name a medical condition instead of providing a direct answer. Based on the tone and reaction of the staff, the comment appeared to be intended as humor. I found that highly inappropriate, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Regardless of intent, it was a microaggression. My name was turned into the punchline of a joke, and no customer should be mocked while simply trying to pick up an order. All customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. To the management: Do better

  I work the valet outside and it’s just so hot out I wanted a smoothie so I went in and I got a mango strawberry smoothie and a Lemon Misu(?) DELICIOUS! Vivian and Unique(hopefully I’m spelling their names right) were super sweet and helpful when I asked their opinions and everything came out perfectly and they were just wonderful 10/10 service from both of them🫶🏻
