  Our recent visit for dinner was nothing short of perfection. The waitress Jenny was the most loveable personality I've encountered in hospitality. I honestly began to think she was a mind reader. She answered every question I had about the menu before I could even ask, and she satisfied every need leaving me without any requests from beginningto end. The food was great and arrived quickly within close succession. Our only regret was from being so full that we didn't save space for dessert.

  Meghan was super knowledgeable about the menu and very prompt in filling our drinks whenever they started to get low. Food was fantastic as always. The Wagyu Duo was tremendous and a surprising amount of food. I highly recommend!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jose was absolutely amazing! He had such a great personality and made our entire experience so enjoyable. He kept us laughing throughout our meal, was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Great service can make all the difference, and Jose definitely delivered and to add the food was amazing! We will definitely be back and hope to have him as our server again! Thank you, Jose, for making our visit so memorable! 😊

  Our family had an excellent dining experience at Del Frisco’s Grille in The Woodlands. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with outstanding hospitality, and the service remained exceptional throughout our entire visit. A special thank you to our waiter Jose, who was attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. He checked on us regularly, anticipated our needs, and made us feel valued as guests. The food was fantastic. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in the quality of every dish they serve. I would also like to sincerely thank the manager for his outstanding customer service. Our young son wasn’t a fan of the mashed potatoes that came with his meal, and the manager immediately stepped in to help. He personally came to our table, addressed our concern right away, and offered a substitution so our son could enjoy something he liked. That level of attentiveness and care made a lasting impression on our family. It’s refreshing to see a team that truly values its guests and is committed to making things right. Between the exceptional service, delicious food, and outstanding management, Del Frisco’s Grille in The Woodlands has earned our highest recommendation. We look forward to returning soon!

  I've been to Del Frisco's Steakhouses for years in DFW and always had great experiences. I expected that that this location would hold themselves to a standard that was at least similar. We ordered a filet med-rare and a ribeye medium. Both came out as the equivalent of well done. Literally brown all the way through. Some would call it "shoe leather" steak. The medium 8oz filet was brown all the way through until you got to the very center of it and there was a pink spot the size of a marble. We simply brought it to their attention and a line cook showed up at our table a few minutes later with a flashlight, asked us to cut into it deeper, and picked it up with his nasty black rubber glove and said he could still see pink so it was fine and then set it back on my plate in front of me. He told me that maybe because the lighting was dim I couldn't see that it was ok. I guess he forgot that I have tastebuds and had already chewed up a piece of $70 dog food. Both steaks were definitely cooked >160 degrees. We were all absolutely shocked to have that happen at a Del Frisco's branded establishment. I can not believe that he picked it up off my plate with a nasty, greasy rubber glove on to try to show me that I don't know what proper steak temperature is. Perhaps they should keep the cooks in the kitchen and invest in a few thermometers and some additional training for them. (Or don't let them leave the kitchen??). They tried to comp my steak, but I am not looking for a free meal. I was simply looking for them to correct the issue. I did not eat 1 more bite, paid in full, and simply will not be back to any of the Del Frisco's restaurants in the future. There are many better options that are in the same price point within 2 miles of here. Spare yourself until they fix the staffing and culture at this place.
