  The workers here are SO nice. Liv was so nice! Some of the best service I’ve experienced anywhere and that includes sit down restaurants!

  I stopped by CAVA in The Woodlands around 8:30 p.m. because my sister had a late-night craving and convinced me to go pick it up for her. I wasn’t exactly in the best mood, but that quickly changed. There was light traffic coming in and out of the restaurant, and the dining area was so clean, organized, and quiet that I actually had to double-check the closing time. As soon as I walked in, Liv, the Team Lead, greeted me with a smile. She called for help up front, and within seconds Brian, Layla, and Alonso were all there ready to assist. You could immediately tell they worked well together and genuinely cared about their customers. The smell of the grilled chicken instantly made up my mind—I ordered the Chicken & Rice Bowl, and it was absolutely DELICIOUS! Since I’m new to CAVA, I had several questions about the rewards program. Liv was incredibly patient, walked me through the app, and made sure I understood how everything worked. Alonso did an excellent job making my bowl and was very helpful throughout the process. Brian also made some great suggestions that I really appreciated. What started as me making a late-night food run that I didn’t even want to make ended with me leaving in a completely different mood. Great food is one thing, but genuine customer service is what creates loyal customers. Even though there’s a CAVA closer to where I live, I’ll gladly keep coming back to this location because of the outstanding experience this team provided. Thank you, Liv, Brian, Layla, and Alonso, for keeping it real and making my night so much better than it started. Keep up the amazing work—I’ll definitely be seeing you all again soon!

  Excellent customer service- I was greeted as soon as I walked in, unlike the Spring Stuebner location. The lady prepared my food with grace and allowed me time to make choices, as I am still new to the Cava family. I was ecstatic that I was allowed to try a new topping (the eggplant topping is now a new favorite). Thank you for being patient and kind during my brief time in the line. Also, the food was fresh and delicious.

  Cava is amazing!! The service from Jennifer was great, she was able to take safe measures while handling my food because my girlfriend has Celiac. Not to mention how clean the workers keep their shop! A+ all across the board!

  I come to this CAVA location often and it never disappoints! It’s hands down the best one I’ve been to. The restaurant is always clean, including the bathrooms, which I really appreciate. The food is consistently fresh, the portions are generous, and the entire team is friendly every time I visit. I also want to give a special shoutout to Heather. She’s amazing! She’s always so kind, welcoming, and genuinely makes the experience even better. If you get the chance to interact with her, you’ll see exactly what I mean. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great food and even better service! Ill add photos the next time I visit! :)
