Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Love whataburger, hate this location. On multiple occasions I've ordered ahead on the app only to get there and wait and additional 30-45 minutes. Literally sitting and waiting for my food while writing this. If this was a one time occurrence I wouldn't be writing this but it has happened multiple times. Would Literally be faster to drive 10 mins down the road to the next closest location.

30 minutes was our wait time for 4 burgers, 2 large fries and 1 large onion ring. The drive thru was promptly served as were all the people who came in and ordered way after we had. No, I’m so sorry can I offer you a drink while you’re waiting, absolutely no remorse whatsoever that we were still waiting on our food. When we finally got our food they were short a fries order and when I pointed it out they demanded to see my receipt/ food order.

I’ve come here all the time because it’s the closest to my house. This store specifically has always been really slow and ive been able to accept that for a while. But today I was very hungry so I ordered online and decided to just eat inside before I continued with the rest of my day. It took a good few minutes by the time I got there before they gave me my food, which is fine. But while I was waiting this older gentleman asked for them to check on his and his wife’s food because it had been going on 25 minutes since they ordered. I ended up getting my food and sat down and ate but at that point I noticed the wife get up and ask about their food because they had been there long before myself and other people had been and yet those other people and I were already eating. So it was very understandable why they were upset, especially when you’re hungry and expecting fast food to be fast. BUT THE EMPLOYEES STARTED COMING AT THE CUSTOMERS SAYING THEY WERE BEING CHILDISH. One of them said “I’m 17 years old and I’m acting more like an adult than you”. These folks here clearly need some better training and direction because as someone who’s worked with clients/ customer service my whole career, that was absolutely insane. So much so that I decided to finally write a review of this place.

This place .. wow. You guys struggle. Super rude workers. No respect for customers whatsoever, no manners. I waited 20 minutes inside with four customers for just three taquitos. You guys are a Texas based company. Should be raised on respect and also reputation. Yall have succeeded with failing at both. Take your chances at another location. You’re already paying allot for food for just a fast food joint. At least go somewhere with better service. Also, three of us customers got the wrong order. Wowww

This was one of the most disorganized and disappointing fast-food experiences I’ve had. After waiting over 30 minutes for my order, I received food that was completely incorrect, including wrong drinks and missing accuracy across the board.
The delay might be forgivable on a busy day, but there is no excuse for such a high level of inaccuracy and lack of attention to detail. It reflects a clear breakdown in basic quality control and customer service standards.
Overall, the experience was inefficient, careless, and unacceptable. I left frustrated and dissatisfied, with no confidence in the consistency or reliability of this location.
