  Drove in from San Antonio tx being on the road stopped to get something to eat and I have to say this Whataburger did not deliver. We waited almost 45 minutes for our food told us they were waiting on fries and the fries were still room temp. Never had an experience like this back home in San Antonio. We been to Whataburger at 11pm and still got our food hot and on time. Dallas Whataburger needs to step it up big time.

  Lupe was wonderful! Great customer service! She did awesome at getting my food together. And she helped me get a souvenir cup!!

  This has to be the absolute worst Whataburger location. I’ve always defended Whataburger when everyone else has said they have went downhill, I’m afraid I can no longer do that. Today was the last straw. After waiting THIRTY minutes in the drive thru with only 2 people in front of me, I figured “at least my food will be hot and fresh!” NOPE. Everything was cold and this had to be the driest burger I have ever had. The patties tasted like they have been sitting under an heat lamp all day long. And yes, those are the pickles that I requested be left off the burger. For $15 a meal, I’ll just take my business elsewhere.

  This is my second time having issues with this specific whataburger when I order via DoorDash/Uber eats. They forget to add items that I paid for. Today I ordered 2 sandwiches and my wife did not get hers. The fries were not filled and were completely dry. It just felt half assed. Horrible horrible food service when ordering via food app and will NOT be ordering from here or this specific location again.

  To start, I don't like making bad reviews but I feel this one is deserving... I hardly eat fast food but was craving some chicken strips with gravy and knew Whataburger is one of the few places I could get that in a fast food establishment. Anyway, we got in the drive through and ordered our food but when we arrived to the window, our server gave us our drink (dr. Pepper no ice but still had ice in it... Bummer) he then proceeded to tell us to move to the VIP lane and wait for our food. That's fine as I know it was busy. But then, we noticed at least 2 people behind us got their food and left... Okayyyy... Still waiting on our very simple meal... 5 minutes goes by... 10 minutes goes by..... 15 minutes goes by.... Still nothing. It took a whopping 20 minutes for our food to come out. I honestly thought they forgot about us... We check to see if we had everything and the guy who delivered our food didn't offer any ketchup or other condiments but everything was there so home we went. I open up the bag to eat a few fries because I'm STARVING at this point.. and to my surprise, the fries tasted old and were cold... You mean to tell me, I wasted my time and money to get cold fries after all that!!! We get home to eat what I thought was going to be a decent meal to find out the chicken was cold too. The only thing that was hot was the gravy!!! If I have to wait that long for food that tasted like it went bad a week ago and not even warm, I'll never come back. Truly frustrating and awful experience!! Please do better
