Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- DHDavid H4 days ago1.0Ordered a shake for my son and it tasted like cleaning chemicals. After I said this several other people said same thing. Then employee said it looks like someone hit the cleaning button on machine. No apologies, no refunds, this place is the worst… only wish I had kept the shake for lab testing. Employees here also belittle each other and argue in front of customers. WB has gone downhill fast after being purchased by Chicago company. Will never be the great Texas tradition many of us grew up with, but this situation was flat out dangerous and deserves fines and more

Then I asked why and they said “we hit the cleaning button”. They gave me a milkshake with cleaning supplies in it, I’m never coming here again.

I ordered a salad and 2 ranch dressings but all I received was a salad. No dressing. This was horrible. Mind you, it was 2:42AM

Manager, petite young Hispanic female with black framed glasses cleaning the food assembly area, taking her time to scratch off a smudge only after she literally turned her head to us standing, waiting to be served. Completely ignored. Order was supposed to be ready no later than 5:06 am, it was 5:15 by this point. Walked out late, hungry, and money wasted. Thanks whataburger for your extra effort and letting have it the way I like it 👌
- KMKennetha MoserApr 27, 20261.0The night crew is the absolute worst! Except Jack. He's the only one who exhibits any customer service skills. I've been visiting this location 2-3 times a week for the past few years, due to the location being close to my house. Only about 1 out of every 6 orders is correctly made (and hot). But the cooks at night will go out of their way to ruin the order. And when I called the restaurant tonight, I was hung up on after asking for a manager. I'll drive to ANY other location from now on! This is why the attrition rate is so high. They are so desperate for help, they'll hire literally anyone. And submitting a complaint doesn't do any good. No response. Do better, Whataburger!
