- OSOleg Shteyman5 days ago5.0Our first visit to Topgolf was definitely an interesting experience, but what started as a disappointing evening turned into something truly memorable, all thanks to an incredible manager named Casey and also Sean! We visited on a very busy Saturday night, and to make things even more hectic, the entire second and third levels were reserved for a corporate event. It was clear that the staff was overwhelmed and doing their best to keep up with the crowd. Unfortunately, several things went wrong during our visit. Our food took a long time to arrive, some of our orders were incorrect, and our servers were so busy that we rarely had anyone checking on us. Needless to say, we weren’t exactly thrilled with our first Topgolf experience. But then something happened that completely changed our evening. Casey, the Front of House Manager, noticed that things hadn’t gone well and personally came over to speak with us. What stood out immediately was how genuinely concerned she was. She wasn’t just going through the motions or offering a standard apology. You could tell she truly cared that our first experience hadn’t lived up to expectations. She took the time to explain the situation, listened to our concerns, and went above and beyond to make things right. She even invited us to return another evening so we could experience Topgolf the way it was meant to be enjoyed. And honestly, that’s what great customer service is all about! We completely understand that things don’t always go perfectly, especially in a busy establishment serving hundreds or even thousands of guests. Mistakes happen, employees get overwhelmed, and sometimes things simply don’t go as planned. But what truly defines a business isn’t whether problems happen. It’s how those problems are handled. Casey turned what could have easily been a one star review into a five star experience. Not because everything suddenly became perfect, but because she made us feel heard, appreciated, and valued as customers. Running a business like Topgolf can’t be easy, especially on nights when everyone seems to need something at once. It’s easy to criticize when things go wrong, but I believe it’s just as important to recognize the people who go out of their way to make things right. Casey didn’t just save our evening. She earned Topgolf customers for life. We genuinely appreciate her kindness, professionalism, and the effort she put into turning our experience around. We’re absolutely looking forward to coming back, and that’s entirely because of her. Thank you, Casey and Sean, and thank you to the entire Topgolf team! It’s clear that you genuinely care about your guests and want everyone to have a wonderful experience. That kind of dedication deserves recognition!

You set up the names of the people playing on a console and take turns swinging at the ball. They have golf clubs so you don't have to carry them. Decent food and drinks available. Also been to a few corporate events and they do them well. Has a feel good and fun vibe. Recommended if you love to have a good time with friends and family while engaging in a sport.

We paid extra to be on the top floor, something we had never done before, and unfortunately, it was a terrible decision. Our waiter insisted that we order our food and drinks through the app, which was fine, but then he would disappear for long periods of time. Anything we needed throughout the night, we had to ask random staff members for because our waiter simply wasn’t present. Drink refills were basically nonexistent until we finally had to flag someone down and ask. The food itself was good, but unfortunately, it got cold very quickly because the fans were blowing so hard. The fans were so strong that we couldn’t even keep our menus or napkins on the table. We ordered $32 worth of desserts, and after our waiter never returned with spoons, my husband eventually had to go to the bar to get them so we could eat our melting ice cream. This was especially frustrating because our waiter had knocked the spoons we already had off the table earlier. It also became very obvious that the tables ordering alcohol were receiving more attention. We spent approximately $360 total on our game, food, and drinks, so we expected a much better experience—especially since this was supposed to be a special night celebrating our son’s 14th birthday. The top floor itself was also disappointing. The chairs at our table all wobbled, and the fan was blowing so hard that we couldn’t keep menus or napkins on the table. At one point, when an employee was cleaning the table next to us, the fan blew the cleaner all over my husband, my daughter, and her friend. Thankfully, our food had not arrived yet. I did speak with a gentleman in a red shirt on our way out. He apologized, which I appreciated, but there was no explanation or resolution for why we had such a poor experience. For the amount of money we spent, this was a very disappointing experience. We were looking forward to celebrating our son’s 14th birthday, and instead, it ended up being a 14th Birthday Fail. We will most likely try a different Topgolf location next time—or give BigShots a try instead.
