  I ordered my food to go they skipped or just plain forgot my order. After 30 mins I go up and ask them about my order as I saw multiple guest get their food that order way after me, the guy said my order is coming up just to see him scramble with his coworker and look for my order which they obviously lost and then take another 10-15 mins to make . Horrible experience

  It’s impressive how bad the service is here. We waited 38 minutes for 10 tacos and the meat was burned, and when the order finally came out, it was wrong. No apology, no acknowledgment of the mistake, and no real effort to make the situation better. Very disappointing experience.

  Last weekend, after pulling off due to no one answering the drive thru speaker. I went back for another try. The tacos and the choice of toppings included were great. I ordered the trompo on corn. Salsa was on point. The rice, ehhhhh it's a no for me. It had all type of veggies... corn, green beans, lima beans, nd I believe potato. I went thru the drive thru again... ordered quickly. Sat at the window a minimum of 7 minutes.

  When I walked in I could tell I was in the right place. I grew up in Texas and moved last year so on my last visit I had to get some South of the border flavors. I got three things to share. I got a breakfast burrito because I have to. I went chorizo and potatoes. Rich flavor. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I wish it had more egg and cheese and a little less chorizo. But delicious. I got birria as well. Great flavor. A little greasy and drippy but I enjoyed. The star were the trompo tacos. I got an order of 10. I really loved the flavor of the meat. I wish I would’ve asked for more onion and pineapple. Very tasty

  I’ve visited their Dallas location before, so I was pumped to see a Taqueria Taxco open up in The Colony. Stopped in for lunch and the trompo tacos were phenomenal as always. The tortillas were a little greasier than what I’m used to from them, but it didn't ruin the meal. Great lunch crowd, plenty of space, and very comfortable seating.
