  I’ve been a customer for a few years now; I live in Lewisville and used to travel all the way to Dallas for my favorite tacos. I loved it when this branch opened because it was closer, and I was absolutely thrilled when they finally opened a location in my own city. Unfortunately, I’ve visited the Lewisville branch a couple of times and was served burnt food; the service is terrible, and the place is always dirty. I’ve spoken to the manager, but it doesn't seem to matter. Personally, I don't mind—I’ll just keep traveling further to get my favorite tacos and receive excellent service.

  Food 10/10 but the service I got on the night of 06/19. OMG. I placed my order online and drove 20 mins to pick it up. I went through the drive thru and gave my name like I always do. The guy told me to come to the 2nd window..cool, no problem. I wait and a different guy asks me if I had a certain order, I said "no, im picking up my online order". The guy closes the window, looks for it, comes to the window & says "you have to come inside to pick it up". Before I could utter a word he walked off. Now why would I need to come in to pick my order up and it was sitting on the counter behind him?

  Service is terrible. Lots of teenagers working who seemed to be too bothered to take your order or deliver food. We waited for over 30 minutes for our food and they weren’t that busy. We saw half of our food sitting on the counter for quite some time as well. My son had a hair in his food, which was gross! I had the birria tacos. The tacos had lots of fat and very little meat. The consome was very good, though. We were almost finished with our food before my husband’s food was delivered to the table. He had the trompo tacos and said they were good. Overall, the food was just okay and the service needs drastic improvement.

  El peor servicio que e pasado en tiempo, me lo recomendaron y la verdad quien este de acuerdo con lo contrario es porque nunca han tenido la oportunidad de comer en algún lugar donde el servicio sea la prioridad .. estuvimos esperando por más de 1 hora y 15 minutos por 5 tacos increíble para una taqueria de servício rapido no creen ? A qui lo malo es que como es posible que puedas tener abierto 24 hrs y no tengas ni personal para poder atender toda la clientela , Gente se paró y se fue y nosotros hicimos lo mismo pero intentamos tener nuestro reembolso y ni eso pudieron hacer er porque aparentemente la señorita no supo hacer un reembolso .. Definitivamente no es recomendable este lugar , pero la gente que le guste el mal servicio adelante, es su dinero y su tiempo

  The worst experience ever. To say I was a regular there and referred all my family and friends there. I had one bad experience and reached out to mgmt regarding the experience my family experienced with our drive thru and take out order. The wait is one thing but the food being overcooked is another. After speaking with a staff member Catherine then being informed by her instructions given from the GM Jesus to call when headed back to get our remade order as courtesy for the bad experience ending in following the instructions given earlier today and ending with speaking to the evening mgr Carlos who was in turn rude, brash and extremely unprofessional. The disrespect is unrepairable. We were not only given the third degree after believing this concern was addressed but told to bring the food back and of receipt (to which they never supply you with any itemized receipts) is unreal. I even informed the evening Mgr we used our cards to lookup the transaction and was basically dismissed. I’m just in awww at this moment. To be disrespected on top of dismissed after initially being advised that this experience would be taken care of is unreal. And to put the icing on the cake the reviews are fake. Most of the time they ask you to do a review prior to really having the full experience and if through the drive thru you honestly can’t give an accurate review as you don’t really know what to expect until anyone has an experience like myself and my family! This is so unfortunate. I’m not originally from Texas but I’ve lived her for many years. I’m not a huge fan of tacos etc but this place was one of my go to’s but now do to this experience it won’t be ever!
