  I was in on a spur of the moment. The reason for the sub par stars is that their menu screen touch system SUCKS and therefore you are unable to give the hardworking staff the well deserved tip they should get unless you are one of the rare people these days that carry cash.

  Gave me the wrong drink twice, machine had to be mixed up dispensing the wrong drink.

  We waited over an hour for our food, with a baby in our car, and NEVER received our food. Took 20 minutes just to place our order. The only reason I would stop by this place is because my husband is a fan, so I didn’t want to ruin his experience and kept waiting. That said, I think an hour wait time is ridiculous for a couple of corn dogs. Very disappointing! We saw 6-8 other cars near us leave without it their food too.

  I pulled up to this sonic on my way to do some shopping and I was going to get my girlfriend and I a drink. I hit the red button and proceeded to wait…..and wait…. so I figured maybe the button didn’t work on the machine. OK, no big deal. Backed out, went to a different one. Hit the red button again. this time the screen verified the button had been pressed. So I just sat back and proceeded to speak with my girlfriend and I wasn’t counting or anything, but I’m absolutely certain that we sat there for eight minutes and didn’t get a response while I hear other people getting responses on their speakers and they’re just pulling up, so I back out, pull around to the front, and I speak with this young lady that works there. I didn’t catch her name, but she was very rude. And when I asked to speak with her manager, she said to me, do you not see how many cars are here? Word for word. When her manager came out, he was equally if not more rude than she was. This is definitely not the best place to go and have some simple drinks. I mean, they said that they were busy, like, but they weren’t even really that busy. You know what I mean? Like, I’ve seen sonics that were slam busy operate smoothly way smoother than that. There was no excuse for that at all.

  Stopped in for a quick drink and got blocked in by semi truck delivering. Employee told me I could wait since it’ll only be a minute.
