  Everybody has an attitude, there is no greeting when the drive hop gives you your food no smile or nothing, I almost wanted say give me round up dollar back because that’s why they don’t tipped and fried foods aren’t dropped fresh

  The guy that acts like manager named William double charged my card. Once I finished my order and paid the computer was turned off, I checked my transaction on my bank and it went through. When William came with my food he asks for payment again, I showed him my app and he still insisted! He told me to come back if thee was a double charge and I did and he says he doesn’t offer refunds! This wasn’t about money it was about principle. I would stay away from that Sonic location with a guy like that…

  Watch your receipt they're bored prices do not match their receipt prices when I brought it up to an employee he said I don't know I don't look at the prices on the board it's just the price and the system number 8 on the board is 10.79 they changed me 13.59 both is before tax
