  We had an amazing experience at Saltgrass Steak House thanks to our waiter, Stephen! From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. He gave great menu recommendations, kept our drinks full, and checked on us just the right amount without being overbearing. His positive attitude and excellent customer service truly made our dining experience enjoyable. It’s hard to find service this good these days, and Stephen definitely went above and beyond. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have him as our waiter again!

  This is one of our go to spots and we usually LOVE everything about it & always look forward to a treat...tonight we finally brought our entire family out for a family outing, we left an amazing review our very first time. This time was different. I'm not sure what has changed but the food was extremely overly seasoned almost unbearable to eat, my baby's steak bites were supposed to be well and were burnt (he couldn't eat them) the asparagus looked thrown onto the plate, we loved the appetizer and the soup/salad. I'm not sure we will be back. Brittany was sweet though.

  The food was delicious. I had a tender pork chop dish in a nice bourbon glaze that tasted so fresh. The salad was actually fresh veggies as well and the complimentary bread was a very large (and tasty) serving. I can tell the meat cuts, veggies, and bread are bought fresh frequently and don’t sit around for a long time like they do in many restaurants. They also made a great-tasting mocktail with a mimicked liquor flavoring that is very creative. Karah was my server and she is a consummate and dedicated employee who takes her service seriously. She was very attentive, made sure to provide great recommendations when it showed it was needed, was prompt, respectful, and not pushy or hovering. I really liked how when it was taking a little while for the bar to make a drink, she came back to let me know this instead of not addressing it; this shows great consideration and strong communication skills, ensuring no part of the dining out experience would be lost. Saltgrass has a great employee in Karah!

  We went to Saltgrass Steakhouse for lunch to celebrate our anniversary, and it was a great experience. As Landry’s members, we always appreciate the preferred seating—it’s such a nice perk. Our waitress, Karah, was wonderful, very attentive, polite, and always on top of refills. She even offered condiments without us having to ask, which made everything feel seamless and thoughtful. The AGM was also very kind and professional. They quickly resolved a small inconvenience we experienced and were genuinely apologetic, which we really appreciated.

  We came to Dallas for the weekend, from San Antonio. We came to Saltgrass because it was close to the hotel. This Saltgrass location beats ALL of the locations in San Antonio, hands down. It's clean, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere in the restaurant is much different than when we are used to. Our waiter was Stephen, who did an AMAZING job with our table. He was very friendly, quick and efficient. Thank you for such a nice experience!
