  Ordered top sirloin and wow. Kitchen must not have a conscience sending out a steak that is thin on one end and thick on the other end. Unevenly cooked. Dry on most of the meat and medium rare on one part of the steak.

  The only reason I am leaving 5 stars is for Karah she is an amazing server. The hostess sat us in an unassigned area and we were not helped for 15 min after being sat and the manager walking by us 2 times. We could see Karah go up the hostess and ask what was going on she came back to our table and sincerely apologized and gave us great service. This was our first time at saltgrass and we went from wanting to walk out and never come back to knowing we would come back again to hopefully have the great service from Karah again!

  I’ve been going to Saltgrass Steak House ever since I moved to Texas 9 years ago, and it’s still my go-to spot for happy hour or dinner with the family! I’ve never had a bad experience. From the bartenders and waitstaff to the GM who regularly walks through the restaurant checking on guests, the service is always welcoming and consistent. It’s great to find a place where you feel taken care of every time you visit. Saltgrass never disappoints! 🥩❤️

  Outstanding 5-star experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful dinner and ordered the tropical sangria, the Atlantic salmon Oscar style, and the chicken breast topped with onions, alongside mashed potatoes with no gravy. Everything was delicious and perfectly prepared. Our server, Karah, took care of us and did an outstanding job. She safely navigated our gluten allergies and even guided us through the sangria selection. She was incredibly attentive throughout the evening without being overbearing—the perfect touch. We'll definitely be back! Karah Thanks for making our dinner wonderful after a long day of travel.

  To all of the young ladies that treated me so poorly last night, this is for you. I had the worst week imaginable, many things at once including the loss of a parent. In a desperate attempt to remain positive and not succumb to the feeling of not being able to get out of bed, I decided to dress up and take myself to a nice dinner. I did my hair, ) had to re-do my makeup through tears a few times), but I did it! I walked in and I noticed the confusion when I asked for a table for one. At this point I sort of laughed to myself because I get it, a woman dining by herself is pretty unusual. I was originally seated at the bar but I decided it might not be a good idea to be around alcohol (I don't drink and really don't want to start) so I asked to be moved to a table. I was very sweet and polite this entire time btw. Then I heard the staff whispering saying to move me to a table in the far back room (which now I know was in case I "dine and dash"). And that I was "sus" Between the weird looks and constant check ins, I couldn't even get a few bites in without them coming by. It wasn't in a "the service is great!" way, it was very obvious in a "suspicious of me" way. I ignored it and enjoyed my meal despite how uncomfortable they made me. I asked for the check and paid. When I walked out, I turned around to thank the hostess and say bye. But I caught her in mid-panic making sure I paid!!! That was the last straw. I cried my entire way home. This mean-girl behavior really felt like high school all over again, and it was so unnecessary. There was not a single thing about my appearance or behavior that would suggest I could not afford my food. I'm not looking for any sort of comp or refund or anything, as I simply won't return. The only thing I hope to get out of this review is that the young ladies involved read this post and use this as a lesson to never judge others. As women, we need to stick together. Do better.
