Big time fan & usually hit Grapevine, we ordered from the Colony. Always order the Italian beef wet & hot peppers. Opened it up and neither the beef was wet or had hot peppers. Bummed out BIG time, staying with Grapevine at all costs. 👎

Tried this place 3x times. Food is avg on best day. Employees look miserable & lack training. Good luck customizing your order. Place was packed when it opened. Less people each time i have gone. $15 for a hot dog combo?? Even if place was well run & yummy that is still too much for drive thru food. Will never return- Chicago can have you Portillos!

I live 1200 miles away, but made a special stop last work trip. Food is as great as ai remembered. Service is great and the AC is cold. I had some work to do and staff had no problem with me eating and working on the laptop. Wish you were closer, but I guess I will have to wait til next time.

Maxwell Street Polish Dog and the Hot Italian Beef Sandwich are Top Notch, my wife is a sucker for the Chilli Cheese Dog and the Cheese Fries.

I ordered a Beef & Cheddar, and I have one very simple question: WHERE IS THE CHEDDAR? 😂 There is literally no visible cheese on this sandwich. I pulled it apart, looked between the beef, took a bite, looked again... nothing. If I order something called a Beef & Cheddar, I should be able to SEE the cheddar. It’s not called a Beef & Lettuce. It’s not a Beef & Onion. It’s not a Beef & Pepper. It is literally called a BEEF & CHEDDAR. I called the restaurant and was told, “That’s how we make it.” No ma’am. I know that’s not how they make it in Chicago, and I even went to the company’s website to make sure I wasn’t losing my mind. Every picture of the Beef & Cheddar clearly shows CHEESE. So somehow the cheddar is visible everywhere except on the actual Beef & Cheddar I purchased. The beef was there. The sandwich was there. The cheddar apparently called off work today. 😂 Very disappointing, especially when the missing ingredient is literally half the name of the sandwich. What i received VS the cheese on the Website! P.S. The first time they put 20 piecez of Shredded cheese on my sandwich, lol. The remake had a teaspoon of cheese sauce. Dont order the beef and cheddar if you expect cheese to be visible!
