  Family friendly, great food...on busy times it can be a bit rough with so many people. When we were off peak hours today it was brilliant.

  This is my second time, but I order to-go . In this time I want to try the original hotdog everything included grilled onions. And what a surprise. THEY GIVE ME A PLAIN HOTDOG.. and was to late for turning back.

  The food was delicious it tastes just like the one in Chicago and I've been to the ones in Chicago I would definitely recommend people try the Italian beef dipped lightly with cheese and peppers.

  I ask for ketchup and tell them there are no cups in ignored and told to just use the condiments bar… then the guy behind me asks the same thing and they tell him to stock it with cups… so a customer needs to stock the supplies for this place… so many people working here and always so disorganized, messy and nothing special… so no cups means kids and others just directly putting the ketchup on their food from the ketchup dispenser… pretty sure that’s probably some unsanitary health violation… this place is so over hyped it is not even funny

  We got ordered a bunch of different stuff. Our favorite were the Chicago style hot dog the cheeseburger and the onion rings. The spicy chicken sandwich, Italian beef sandwich and the fries with cheese sauce was pretty underwhelming. Fries not crispy. The kids didnt even eat them. Beef sandwich didnt have much flavor and was dry. The bread was good though. Chicken sandwich was cut off an anorexic chicken. More breading than meat. There was something that happened there that really made my wife upset and grossed out. The guy that was packing everyone's food was standing there picking off his black nail polish with is opposite figures... and other employees were watching him do it and nobody told him to stop...disgusting! She told the girl at the front and I think she told a manager because when I came to get the food he was wearing a glove.. on one hand.. he also had a full beard. Should be wearing a beard net if he handling everyone's food! Definitely won't be back to this location. They are opening a new one in Frisco soon. Probably give that one a try. And no management came to talk with us.
