If I could rate it less than one star I would. We went at 3pm on a Sunday. We got seated by two teenagers who were more worried about their pop socket then getting us a server. I Then proceeded to sit there for 10 minutes and never greeted. We decided to leave immediately. Multiple people walked by and no one once said we will be right with you. Customer service is really going down hill. We left immediately and said I guess yall don’t want my service and no one apologized.

My husband and I are regulars at this colony, but we had never tried the LSA burger before. We thought it was worth a try, so we were seated right away. About 10 minutes later, our server arrived and asked for our drink orders. We ordered drinks and waited for a while, but the restaurant was quite busy. When our drinks arrived, I asked if we could order our food so we wouldn’t have to wait too long. The server took our order, and the food came out quickly. However, the real issue was that we sat there for almost 30 minutes without any check-ins from the server. I started to get frustrated because we had finished eating quickly and wanted our check. A different waitress finally noticed us and came over to ask if we needed anything. I asked her if we could have the check, and she apologized for the long wait. I told her I understood they were busy, but she pulled up the check for us right at our table. We paid and started to walk out, but we were stopped on the way out because another waitress thought we were dining and dashing. I explained the situation to the waitress, and we paid with a different waitress because no one had come over to help. I described the waitress to her, but she still didn’t believe me and insisted that we wait so she could verify our order. A manager finally came over and asked about the situation. She checked to make sure we had paid and finally told us we could leave. I wasn’t rude in any way; I was simply shocked that they had no system at all. It was truly the worst restaurant staff I have ever encountered.

Solid burger spot located in Grandscape. If Google allowed half stars this place would be a 4.5, but decided to round up because the service was good and I would return in the future. The burger was a decent size, quite tasty and the price was very reasonable. I also tried their garlic parm fries and those were excellent. Washed it all down with a Dos Equis which they had on tap. No complaints; wish the menu had a few more options, but that's a minor quibble. Again I'd come here again if in that area and looking for a burger.

We're new to the area, and I thought it would be fun to document our journey of trying local spots. So here we go! **LSA Burger Co. — OMG... this is a MUST-TRY!** From the moment we walked in, the service was absolutely unmatched. There was about a 5-minute wait, but honestly, we didn't even mind. They had free ping pong, billiards, foosball, and skee-ball to keep everyone entertained, which made the wait fly by. Our host and waitress were both incredibly attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. That kind of service makes such a difference. The atmosphere was super chill and laid-back. The décor gave me a cool "bar and grill meets family restaurant" vibe that felt welcoming for everyone. Now let's talk about the most important part... **the FOOD!** 🍔 I ordered the **Ready Freddy**, and I'd give it a **9/10**. The burger was huge, juicy, and loaded with onions, bacon, and sauce. The only reason it didn't get a perfect score was because I would've loved a little more seasoning in the meat itself. 🍔 My husband ordered the **Los Lonely**, and he also gave it a **9/10**. The grilled peppers and onions were piled high and added so much flavor to every bite. 🍹 We paired our burgers with pineapple margaritas, and they were the cherry on top of an already amazing meal. Even our 6-year-old approved! He had the kids' burger with mac and cheese, and judging by his completely empty plate, I'd say it was a winner. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Great food, outstanding service, fun atmosphere, and family-friendly entertainment while you wait. We'd absolutely recommend LSA Burger Co., and we'll definitely be back!
