- CRCrystal Rhodes3 days ago1.0I have to share my experience from this morning. I love this little shop and the Team that works there. However, today was an odd day as I pulled up typically y’all are busier than this so I placed my order as I’m dropping my dry cleaning off 2 to 3 minutes prior to pulling up and the young lady mentioned to me for future reference you need to place your order a little ahead of time before you come . Not quite sure why she had to share that little bit of information with me. It wasn’t like my drink wasn’t ready as soon as I pulled up to the window.

She even took the time to answer questions that aren’t typical. I asked her to share with me the grams of sugar in my drink. I ordered a small chai tea latte with almond milk but I wanted more of a chai taste.

- MGMarcus GuthrieJun 3, 20261.0This is their asinine definition of light ice. Drinks aren’t cheap so if a customer asks for light ice, then please actually put light ice, not heavy ice. Light ice cannot be 80% of the cup full with ice—even 50% isn’t light so how do you think 80% ice is light. This is the 2nd of 3rd time I’ve had this happen at this location. Please rectify this asap, thank you.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
