I spoke to the manager and was promised a refund in 3 to 5 business days and that has passed. I even called to remind her 2 days after the incident. I called customer service today and found the refund was never sent. Now I am to wait to see in 3 to 5 days if I will receive it this time. This business does not care about their customers. They do not fix their mistakes. This is simply theft. Someone should be held accountable. I looked this mishap from this business up online and was shocked to see this is a constant situation people find themselves in here. Next step is to call my bank. What a disgrace these people are. Update...They left this automated reply below to act as if they are concerned and want to do better. They dont. I filled out there questionare on their cheap site and no reply. This is whats wrong with their business model and all employees conected to it. Take your money to someone who deserves you and will appreciate you as a customer. Update...customer service never refunded me after their 72 hour window as they promised. I had to contact my bank. Corporate Office is being contacted through Attorny Generals Office. Beware of this place. They have no heart.

I then verified it and a young man told me he then got it and would get it done. I then went to wait in my truck thinking it would be long and it actually was very quick. I went back in within 10 min and that young man brought my food right to me. Quick service, very sweet employees and great service
