The only reason I use curbside pickup is because I'm disabled and I cannot go in the store. My biggest complaint is why does it take 10 to 15 minutes for them to bring out your order? Go to Kroger's, they're out in record time.

ALWAYS out of things, inventory is NEVER right on the app and every time I order produce they give me the worst of the bunch and I was told that they are trained to pick good products but it doesnt seem like they are or maybe the workers are just lazy. I've been to several HEBs and it seems like they all have employees that have better attitudes and attention than this location. Very disappointing. This location needs a lot of improvement.

Came to this HEB while visiting my mom. I was rushing trying to just get a few sides to take to my Mom’s house I usually grab a clear plastic bag in produce for my cold items until I make it to the register. Well I rushed in the store and forgot to get a clear bag at produce. Well as soon as I turned the corner from the macaroni salad I saw a cart with some HEB bags , so I grabbed a bag to put my cold items in which was salad and dip. I put the in the bag and I grabbed to cans of baked beans and put it in the bag, and I was going to get juice and make it to the register. Well I was approached by a grocery pick up guy who stopped in front of me rudely and said I can’t have the HEB bag because I might walk out the store with it. I explain to him that I was only using it to keep my salad and dip cold and that I was going to the register. He kept telling me I can’t have it, and blocked me from going forward.I explained to him that not every customer is a thief. He continues to say to say I can’t keep this bag while I’m about to walk to the register. Well I just took my items out the bag and gave it to him. How humiliating it is to think every customer steals. I made it to the front to ask to speak to a manager. I explained to him , while I understand there are people who may steal, however don’t assume everyone does. I truly should have put the few items I had back, and went to another store , where customer service has definitely exceeded this HEB. I did talk with the MIT Dillion, which he assured he would talk to that grocery pickup guy Robert. This guy did not understand the way he approached a customer like that was wrong. He made my experience horrible. I did tell him that. I will not return to that HEB again. His approach was very aggressive and unprofessional. He was justifying his actions. He actually said he approached me because the curbside young lady that was by the cart told him I took a bag. Which she could have politely told me ma’am you’re not allowed to take a bag off this cart, which I would have been happy to comply. Rudely treatment over a bag.
