  Idk there staff is questionable …. 0 hospitality zero welcomeness it was my first time trying the dunkin in Texas city my drink was also not made correctly it was a waste of my money least to say I’ll be making the drive to another dunkin.

  I placed my order online when I drove up. They acted like if they didn’t have my order and then when they do, give me my order there was a lot of stuff that was wrong. The Sweet pepper bacon whoever cooked it was very lazy and it was in a ball. I was supposed to get glazed donuts they gave me maple. I was supposed to get chocolate glaze donuts they gave me double chocolate I understand high school kids wanting to work there, but it was more like funny to them when trying to call about the order being wrong. It’s a one 800 number who you don’t get connected to you have to wait Monday through Friday to call and or send an email and still haven’t heard anything about nothing. It’s just a waste.
