  I have been a 7 brew fan since they opened drinks are great. Service has been mostly great but this morning I received the worse service I have ever received. First, I pulled up and they were gathering in the drink making area drinking their drinks thats fine and all but when a person pulls up someone should be going to take an order. Then the person taking my order was inches away from my face leaning into my car we ordered on the app so she didnt need to take my order just my payment when I paid she had her head overlooking to see if I tipped. I did not tip today but I typically do. Her attitude changed immediately. Usually they wipe the cups prior to handing them over because there usually is spillage. She did not wipe the cup and now I've got sticky stuff all over myself and my car.

  Drove thru to get drinks music soo loud we couldn't hear the wait staff & she couldn't hear us! She didnt seem happy to be there either! Drinks ok once we yelled loud enough for her to get the order. My first experience at 7brew & not a good one!!

  wow…being that they were all children, i really want to give grace, but i’m having a hard time considering its the establishment’s responsibility to train them and they clearly did not. i arrived a couple of minutes before 8:10p, maybe 8:07p on saturday 6/27/26. the young lady, clearly on the clock, was leaning into a truck in the drive thru having a chat with the driver. no big deal, except she clearly wasn’t serving them at the time and ignored my presence. whatever. the truck pulls forward and three more girls emerge to chat with the truck in the drive thru. each girl peered at my vehicle, seeing me looking at them, and made no effort to ask their friend to pull through. after several more minutes, the truck finally left. i placed my ordered which included a small smoothie that i asked to be split into 2 smalls cups for my kids. the girl said, “i can give you two small cups so you can split them yourself.” you’re joking???? sure. whatever. my favorite part was when she had the audacity to ask for a tip. i’m not above tipping and love to tip when i feel it’s deserved. i’m floored and shocked and disappointed and to say the least, i’ll not be back. the 7 Brew in la marque is much faster and far more accommodating. thanks for nothing, 7 Brew on Palmer Hwy.
