  This location is lacking. This used to be the best location in Texarkana, AR & TX. I should have expected this kind of experience when I saw that the app was out of bread. Upon walking in, I did see that they were in fact out of bread, but there was some in the riser. I was able to get a flatbread and an Italian Herb and Cheese for myself and my husband. I timed the guy making my sandwich - with no sense of urgency - slowly peeling one single piece of cheese and ham and delicately placing it on the bread as if it were a newborn baby being placed upon a bed of shattered glass. After it was toasted, the second guy was about a sloth's speed faster with the veggies and sauce. All was going slightly better until the guy absolutely loaded my sandwich with mustard after I asked for honey mustard and looked up and said 'oh, my bad'. At this point I had spent roughly 15 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break in the store and was over it or I would have asked them to remake it . As they were putting the veggies on my husband's sub, a lady came from the back and had two sandwiches already toasted and ready for the vegetables.

  Waited at the window for 20 minutes after placing order, no one ever took payment, came to the window or anything. Absolutely worst customer service and subway in area.

  Servers were in a sour mood. Lettuce was half brown. A cup of tap water costs $2.95.... Being unfriendly with low quality food and absurd drink charges is no way to run a restaurant.

  Beware that if you want waer, this Subway will charge you for a beverage. After I asked for water and saw the charge on my receipt, I returned to the counter and pointed out that they'd charged me for a beverage. The response: "Oh, we don't have water cups." What a lame explanation. While charging beverage price for water is non-standard at restaurants, I could live with the policy if they had simply informed me in advance and given me the opportunity to decline the water. Instead, no warning beforehand and no empathy afterwards. This is not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things, but I suspect this incident reflects the restaurant's overall concern about customer satisfaction.
