  Rude employees every time. Order is wrong every time. Big arch not fully cooked. Super greasy. Fell apart halfway through. Thats ok because I couldnt stomach eating amymore of it. Fries were cold amd not even fully cooked and limp. Coke tastes like dirt. Just like everything else this location they don't maintain anything so obviously the filters were long overdue for changing. Over the years I've complained the corporate who just says they'll tell the franchise owner. They really need to shut this location down if not McDonald's corporate the city needs to shut this location down it's very dangerous. I only live a couple miles away so I keep hoping things will change but it never does. The one by the mall generally always has good food but I don't feel like driving over there. I wanted a big arch and I got a big nasty instead. 14 bucks completely wasted. They're gonna kill somebody at this location. It's dirty inside there's cockroaches. They don't even keep the sign lid outside the big one hasn't worked in over a year and their other one most of the arches are burnt out. And it's like this inside the store as well. They don't maintain anything.

  Placed my order in app, left my house, arrived at restaurant, then waited 20 minutes for my food. I asked why all the vehicles around had been served and not me. They said they didn't have my order... still showing in app as almost ready. Fries were cold and the sodas were wrong and watered down like they were made first, the fries were put in the bag next, and then did they start cooking the nuggets. (Only thing that came out correct temp) When I said something about the soda being wrong she made an exasperated sound and stormed off to get new ones. I don’t know how but they were still watery looking. Did not trust nor consume drinks.

  Great McDonald's usually on point with getting your orders correct. Sometimes it can be a little slow and then sometimes they will also tell you that the machine is down for the frappes or ice cream or McFlurry

  My wife had a doctor's appointment in Shreveport today so we decided to run by McDonald's for breakfast. After messing the order up and giving us the wrong food, or leaving food out of the bag, three times the, I guess, manager snatched up the receipt, very rudely just said pull up and then turned around and went to bitching about these people and things of that nature. We pulled up and sat there for nearly 15 minutes before I finally got so pissed off I just had to leave because, like I said, we had to make a doctor's appointment in Shreveport that morning. It basically came down to the fact that all I did was wind up pissed off, no food and late to the doctor's appointment. The two girls at the window were extremely nice, the manager, not so much.
