- BRBee RussellSep 22, 20261.0Husband and I when to the movies and decided to stop at Jimmy John's beforehand for food. I was especially exhausted(we have no car so I walked to my husband's job and then we both walked to the theater area, plus I hadnt eaten all day and it was around 2pm) and asked if they had paper menues so I could look while sitting down. The only worker who would speak to us said no and pointed to the menue on the wall. Two seconds later my husband hands me a paper menue(they were on the counter I guess) and told me to go ahead and sit down. I told my husband what I wanted and he goes back up to the counter. Neither worker never even looked at him or acknowledged him. And there was no one in the store but us(as he had handed the only other customer their to go order and they left). After almost 3 minutes of sitting there I got up and told my husband that we should just leave. I get having bad days. I've worked retail almost my entire life and the Texarkana customer base is especially cruel, so I get it. However, we were never curt with them or gave them a reason to just not acknowledge us at all. Especially since we were brand new customers. Neither one of us had ever eaten at Jimmy John's and we be sure to never even attempt to go in again. Disposable income is the modern unicorn and I won't be spending it here.

- DHDestiny HarrisAug 7, 20261.0Second time within a month I’ve ordered delivery and gotten the opposite of what i ordered I’m over it I love Jimmys but this is crazy the staff is friendly but I can’t keep wasting money and my lunch break waiting on it to be redelivered. Mistakes happen just making you guys aware.
