Waited 24 minutes to get 2 fries. Can't blame it on being busy when there is 1 order showing on the KDS screen and a whole row of fries sitting on the warmer. Finally got the fries and asked for ketchup when the lady responded "oh, we dont have any".
How hard is it to see someone sitting right in front of the register holding a number waiting for their order? Is it too much to check on an order for a guest?
It feels 1000% intentional when there are very few guest in the building and one order on your KDS.
Hope it made your day purposely treating guest like they're dirt.
People can wait and understand when an establishment is busy, but we can also see when you're purposely neglecting your guest.

I wanted to leave a review not because I was asked to do it but simply because I arrived at 8:50pm with my family after the restaurant across the street at 8:45pm would not take my family because they close at 9pm. We walked in in every single person on staff had a great attitude during the July 4th holiday. Great attitude and great service will help the team in anything they do. Continue to serve top tier food with awesome service , one day everyone on staff will be rewarded . Thank you for your service

Jhailon b was an amazing person who is very friendly and looked like he was taking orders and handing them out as well. I had no contact with anybody else. I am in the customer service field and see that you have a quality employee that needs to be recognized for his effort and dedication! That is a rare thing to see in this field especially when being flooded with customers in the drive through! Thankyou jhailon for your service I know this food about to be good!

I placed a curbside order. I waiting in the parking spot for 20 minutes before going inside and waiting another 10 minutes in line to check on my order. When I told him I needed to check the status of my curbside order, he said “oh, I thinks it’s ready, but you need to make your drinks.” He grabs my food from the counter and hands it right to me. It had been ready all along. We had cold hamburgers and even colder fries.
The staff in the back was moving so slow it was almost like it was on purpose. They had zeros cares that people were waiting on their food. There were many customers in the dining room without food that were looking pretty annoyed and I don’t blame them at all.
We will stick to the other whataburger for sure.

We had came to this Location multiple times, But by far this has been the Worst customer service ever received. Last night me and my family dined in, but had placed our order through the app. We were not greeted at the front and by the looks of it looks like multiple guest had been waiting forever for their food. It took more than 30 minutes to receive our food and when we finally did, our order was wrong. When I went to tell the guy at the register, I explained it was made wrong but just walked to back. Did not ever say “Sorry about that, give us a fee minutes” nope nothing. I felt dumb just standing there. Meanwhile I was waiting 2 other customers asked for a full refund. The actual owner was taking out trash and did not change gloves when walking back to the kitchen area. It grossed out the customers that they all started to ask for refunds. Definitely very disappointed with this visit. Definitely not worth the $40 we spent.
