  Went to the Whataburger in Terrell off Of FM 148 In Terrell, Texas, the customer service is very poor when you pull up to the drive-through menu you sit there for about three To five minutes before they even acknowledge you’re there when they do acknowledge you they tell you wait one minute without being implied about it when you order your food they can’t get the order right when you’re in line you sit there for about 10 to 20 minutes when you finally get to the window, they don’t know what’s going on. They ask you to repeat your order to see what you ordered multiple times they even forget if you paid it or not one of the worst Whataburger I’ve ever been to.

  This location is consistently the slowest response time of any Whataburger that you ever go to. It’s not uncommon to sit in line for 20 to 25 minutes at the drive-through waiting for something simple like a taquito. It’s not much better when you go inside with employees walking past you looking straight at you and never walking up and asking if you need anything.

  Horrible horrible place when ordering food through the drive thru 🙄 they closed the window on me while I was talking to them! I won’t ever go to this place anymore!!!!!! And just kept on looking at me dirty! Did I get the food? No I didn’t! These kids now a days need to be more respectful!!! If you don’t like your job why work here

  The food is thrown together and not the way it was ordered. Obviously they dont care. I said I had a food allergy and couldn't have onions. I had a double serving of onions. Unfortunately ill avoid dining at a whataburger in Terrell. They are both pretty badly ran.

  I went there around 3:20AM and waited about 10 minutes for someone to finally take my order. They just ignored me at the front. Then the actual burger was finished but they let it sit on a shelf. I know this because I went to ask where my meal is after 40 minutes and saw them pull it out. It was in a to go bag when I ordered dine in. They didn't make me a fresh burger either, just gave me the same burger and made fresh fries because the fries had gone beyond cold. The burger was cold as well. Should have read the reviews. Do yourself a warning and don't come here. Just go to buc-ee's.
