  Stopped by around lunch time and they were very busy in which we tried to show grace. However, when placing the order the staff was very rude and dismissive. We were ordering the hot honey crisper chicken sandwich which was a limited addition menu item and they had NO idea what I was ordering. Kept saying the wrong thing or trying to change what I ordered. We waited an HOUR for our food. When it came out the hot honey crisper chicken sandwich had no pimento cheese on it and the chicken was completely raw. We went and spoke to staff where they apprehensively remade it which took another 45 minutes. There was another gentleman there who also waited over an hour for an incorrect burger.

  I’m really disappointed with my experience at Whataburger. We waited about half an hour just to get our order, and the speaker wasn’t working, which made everything more difficult. On top of that, the person working at the window saw us pull up but just walked away instead of helping us. The whole experience was frustrating and took way longer than it should have. I hope the staff can do better with communication and customer service in the future.

  I stopped in before work got to work my burger is drenched in ketchup it smell horrible when I got it out tha box it had do much ketchup you could see it threw tha burger paper I called to tell them a rude girl by tha name or harlee was being rude no customer service whatever I asked her name she sat there i said hello 3 times she said nothing I hung up called again she was still rude still wouldn't give me her name she talking about fixing my order she can't fix anything i just won't be back I deal with ignorant people and she said she a manager ain't no way

  I went to get food for me and my boyfriend tonight. My order was taken right away. I thought it was going to be a great experience today. Normally the kid will look at me and not say anything and wait 3 minutes before coming to the counter. The only reason I still go to this location is because the other one is on the other side of town. I placed my order, made my drinks and sat down to wait on my food. It was a Togo order. Two girls walk in and the kids all come to the counter to talk to them. There was a guy already waiting for a Togo order when I got there. He asked the manager for a refund because he had to get to work and couldn't wait any longer. The kids were so rude to this manager (she was an older lady.) When she would tell them to do something they would talk back to her and say well I was told I couldn't do that. When she told the girl to go ahead and take her 15 minute break, she looked at the girls she was talking to and said "see how she talks to me"? Yeah she's talking to you like she is your manager. I saw how yall were talking to her. Kids now days are not taught any manners, and definitely not to respect their elders. The manager noticed me and asked if I had gotten my order and I told her no and it's been 25 minutes. She looked at the boy who took my order and said it's right here. She told him to put a brownie in my order for the wait. It took another 5 minutes to get my food. When he finally got it bagged up he looked at me, sat the bag on the counter and turned and walked off. No napkins, no ketchup, no I'm sorry for the wait. I hope upper management sees this, because something needs to be done. Close the doors and retrain the staff, or fire all the rude disrespectful kids and hire a hole new staff. I will now drive the 20 minutes to the one on 148 at the spur. At least there will be a reason for my food to be cold when I get home with it.

  Trash customer service didn't take my order so i had to go to the window and she started complaining under her breath like its my fault just being argumentative African American older lady had me pull up and wait 20 minutes for my food I had to go inside and grab it.
