  I’m so sorry to be like this but the waiting time was insane. I only had 2 cokes, and I ordered online ten minutes before!!! Only to wait for an extra 30-40 minutes. That’s just insane. Clearly there is a management issue, or a need for better quality employees or at least more employees, and I understand sometimes things happen but every time I come to this sonic in particular, I’m disappointed about the wait times. I could spend my entire lunch break here just waiting and I wouldn’t eat a thing. So dissatisfying!

  The food is usually good, and the staff that regularly serves us are friendly and do a decent job. Service can be a bit inconsistent though. Sometimes our order comes out very quickly, while other times the wait is much longer than expected. My biggest issue is that items like sauces, napkins, and other extras are frequently missing from our order. I understand it's important to check before leaving, but this happens often enough that it feels like a recurring problem, especially when I'm in a hurry and don't have time to go back. Overall, it's not a bad location, but paying a little more attention to order accuracy would make a big difference.

  Stopped by sonic to get a cup of ice, there was 3 cars in parking lot, I waited 42 minutes for one cup of ice.... I didn't say anything but she told the car next to me they were so buy, when I said there is nobody here, she told me not to come back.. and yelled at me all the time I was pulling out to leave. What kind of place does this... Threatening customer then telling them not to come back.... Almost an hour for a cup of ice..I have never seen such behavior in my life... She was a young, African American lady.... It was Friday May 22, 2026 ... around lunch time.. I'm just appalled at this kind of behavior....
