  Todays date 07-20-26 at 6:07 pm a older looking woman and a teen kind look girl horrible customer service when i asked to them to toast my bread and my meat cold they got upset because all i want is to have my bread little be toast this young girl just scream at me say they dont do that if yesterday I bought like that the tells me why this store is empty where is the owner you should know better who you hire !!!

  Store is clean and all but this last time I went in the girl at the register was so damn rude she had a horrible attitude the unwich I got the lettuce was brown and disgusting wing be going back

  Online order placed at Jimmy Johns Store # 4641 Terrell, I am giving a 5 star on the food because I have had the BEST Jimmy Johns sandwich ever I barley come to this location, and I've been to others and ordered one of my favorites the #11with some personal changes, it was toasted and flavored to perfection! So I called them up and got a name. Biggest KUDDOS to Mari, you NAILED it please continue doing what you're doing. Team is very customer friendly, for sure I'll start coming a little more frequently.
