I usually find a Starbucks and ask them for a warm cup of water (to make my baby’s bottle with), but I personally prefer Dutch Bros when I’m drinking something and I honestly just didn’t realize they had hot water too. So today, I was wanting a drink from Dutch Bros and figured that I would just ask if they had hot water. The girl taking my order was so sweet, and asked me if I wanted it hot or warm and I told her warm because it was for by baby’s bottle. She must’ve made a note in my order because when I pulled up to the window, the 2 baristas that were working on my order ASSURED me that the water was warm, but they check it numerous times to make sure it wouldn’t burn my baby, and I thought that was simply amazing customer service and I will FOREVER be stopping by Dutch Bros to make my baby’s bottles! My cup of water did not cost any money and yet they exceeded all expectations with something that wasn’t even making them a profit. I would literally choose their coffee and drinks over any other place simply because of the amazing customer service.

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
