I have encountered long waits after ordering, missing food, the person "behind" me getting their order before me, cold and stale food. Go inside for a better service experience but the fries are not always fresh inside either.

Lately the employees have been unsympathetic and to my understanding have been profiling. Always asking only a certain of customers for refills. This time around our strips tasted different and were burnt. We won't be coming to this location anymore.

I witnessed a staff member use the restroom and walk out without washing hands. Reported to manager didn’t appear to make a big deal about it. Chick fila has always prided itself on customer service above and beyond other fast food chains but not this location. Drive through cannot accommodate gift card purchases because it will hold up the line? I came at 11:15am. 3 separate gift cards isn’t a big ask. Then to bash me as I drive off by yelling to your team “was that rude of me?” I made a face because there were 4 cars in the drive thru yes I think it is ridiculous. I am on my lunch break and pressed for time. That is not rush hour. Can’t add cheese to breakfast biscuit but we will charge you and then waste a whole container and lid to give cheese on the side? Make it make sense? I have been a chick fila customer for over 30 years. I hope the owner sees this and makes improvements since it is the only local one close. I’m just at the point where I would rather not even bother going here and Chick fila is mine and my family’s favorite/preferred fast food choice. It is just sad really.

It can be a challenge for us to navigate crowded spaces, and the staff was so kind and supportive in respecting my needs to ensure my children’s safety. They were incredibly accommodating by helping me set up a 'safe zone' at our table. Because I needed to stay closely focused on my children to prevent any eloping, the staff was happy to bring our food directly to the table and leave it there for me, which allowed me to stay with my kids the entire time without any extra stress. What really set them apart was their empathy when we were leaving. I realized after getting to the car that we were in desperate need of drink refills, but getting the kids back out would have been impossible at that moment. The staff went above and beyond to find a way to accommodate us so I could get those refills without having to unload the children again. Thank you so much to the entire team for your patience, kindness, and for making a high-stress day so much easier for our family!

Today I ordered a chicken breakfast bowl and the young lady taking our order was distracted by her phone before greeting us. She was evidently not happy to be working. She then proceeded to be confused on our order and after clarifying multiple times she was unable to get the simple order correct. We received the chicken bowl and it has a large amount of hash browns, medium amount of eggs and about one nugget cut up on top. It was very noticeable so I alerted the staff and found out that this typically comes with 5 nuggets. They replaced it but stated, “we are training.” Another couple ordered the same thing and their order had again the one nugget method on the bowl. I’m wondering why this location seems to be limiting the amount of product they give to paying customers. I also wonder why staff changes so rapidly at this location and why I never see the operator here. This location is by far the worst.
