They’ve added something to the chicken that makes me sick every time, just in the past year. They’ve lost the integrity of his vision and it’s pretty heartbreaking. Second reason is the absolute lack of customer service. I realize it’s a busy place and I can respect that they are constantly moving and can get tired but the last time I went, (and this is more the rule than the exception these days), they messed up my order, and then, in the middle of a penny shortage, when every other business rounds up or down and doesn’t squabble over a dang penny, this place, who overcharged me already, but wants their last penny, couldn’t be bothered to round down, even though we’re holding up the line of 10+ cars because of their error, and I had to break a $5 bill for a PENNY. That is just bad service altogether. I’ve put up with a lot this past year with them, and as someone who could have probably bought a nice new car for the amount of money I’ve spent on Chick-fil-A over the last few years, I can honestly say, that was the last straw. To watch a customer struggle with the order and a car full of kids, over a PENNY, tells me they’ve lost the plot. I may go to Chick-fil-A again in the future, but it won’t be this one. This truly left such a bad taste for me, I’m not even remotely upset to stay home and cook more. So thanks Chick-fil-A Terrell, for helping to spend my money at the local stores and farmers markets and keep my butt and my dollar at home. Peace out, Girl Scout.

Until recently they’ve been lacking in wait time as well as today they messed up my order not once but TWICE! I asked for their grilled sandwich with a white unbuttered bun. Once I received my order it was multigrain bun, as well my soup was placed in the bag upside down. I drove back to get my order fixed. And to my surprise when I get back to work instead of it being the white bun I was given a lettuce wrapped sandwich. Extremely upsetting since this whole dilema took 30 minutes of my lunch break. I was unable to return for a 3rd time for them to fix it and was only given a refund.
