  Picked up an order for take out, the fries were awful, like they had been sitting for hours hard and dry. 🤮 wings were okay, pickup was easy.

  Second time having food from this BWW location and first time dining in. The food tasted good and fresh. I ordered boneless wings and potato wedges to go. I had a cookie dessert there while waiting for my carryout order. Potato wedges were shorted like they were counting them in the back or something. If you're going to charge extra for wedges, then don't be stingy with them. The service was lacking. Something red and plastic was floating in my water. Waitress Jillian didn't bother to apologize for the bad glass of water, but she quickly grabbed the glass when I pointed it out. An apology is always necessary when something like that happens. Not planning to eat at this location again. Most of the waitresses looked pissed to be at work. Good service with a smile is paramount.

  The employee training the new hire, did not make me feel comfortable when ordering at the table and was too close to my personal space. Not very helpful when I needed time to figure out my order. I ended up placing it online instead and the employee made us get up from the table to wait at seating area after I said I was going to place it and eat here. Anyways, while waiting the employee Was snarky at the rest of the employees. the only person that had a good vibe to them is Bree, she said I can eat at any table after my meal comes out. And helped me with extra sauce. Made my day. But I ended up leaving instead, not likely to come back after that employee with the hat at the bar.

  I came in s few days ago and it was my first time there, I ordered some wings and fries and it was great but most of all I want to say my waitress was the best, Amy was her name I hadn't seen her before but she said she had only been there a few weeks I hope I get her the next time I'm in because she was very friendly and attentive, made sure my drink was filled without asking checked to see if I needed anything else, I really enjoyed my visit.

  Our waitress was wonderful. It took a really long time to get our food. I ordered the BBQ chicken salad. The chicken was so tough I couldn't bite through it. There was supposed to be tomatoes on it and there were not any. I asked for another salad. It took a really long time to get that one so I ended up taking it home. The waitress gave us a nice discount. She was very apologetic. We all have off days. I hope the kitchen can get a good groove going and do better.
