  Just don't go here. We live in Mclendon Chisholm and try this place every six months or so hoping it will improve. It never does. This time I went and got charged $1 per sauce cup for extra catalina sauce. If you need arbys just go to Royce City. I would eat arby's once a week if this place wasn't so horrible.

  The male that works here that has a speech problem. Is very rude he did not give me my fries went back he said they were in my sack I looked he than said oh they are right here he gave me cold fries did not go back he shouted go somewhere else as I was driving off no I’m sorry or nothing he is very rude I tried to call there to talk to the manager and the phone fast busy I won’t be going back there what happened to customer service these days

  Staff was nice, but I got home an hour away to discover the three Italian beef sandwiches I bought had no au jus, kind of important for the sandwich!! I'm not driving an hour back. Uggg

  They understand the assignment! When I took mayo off my chicken sandwich and put in ranch dipping sauce, they knew where that ranch was headed and put it right on my sandwich for me. Love that! I just wish I hadn't forgotten the Arby's sauce for my fries!
