If you want your food 1 hour and 5 minutes after you order, and the staff refuses to refund you during that hour, and proceeds to ridicule its own employees and joke while trying to mass produce orders instead of serving them fresh ASAP, then go here. Horrible staff, horrible wait time, pathetic communication to the customers. When orders are up they randomly toss them on to the rack to pick up besides one female worker saying the name once trying to scream over atmospheric talk. My order sat on their TV screen as “complete✅” for 20 minutes. I requested my food and a refund, both times the cashier turned around and asked about “Brandon” and both times it was “I NEED A FRY FOR BRANDON”. So I waited an hour….because you were so focused on wings “65-70 back order” per the manager (black male with dreads) , you couldn’t make my fries or give me the refund I demanded. By the way, when my order was tossed on the shelf, no one said anything to the front man, and I complained AGAIN and he was told by the female who yells the orders “if he wants a refund don’t give him his food”. Horrible, smells bad as well, disgustingly managed. Go to HEB next door for god’s sake. The hospital staff all agree they stopped ordering here due to length of time it takes to receive food.

I waited over an hour for my food I ordered online. I am a regular customer, but that didn’t seem to matter. Approximately 50-60 customers got their orders before me, including walk-in orders. Jennifer asked them to make my order after seeing my order had been skipped. One employee said I’m not making that order again, it’s been made and passed out. That made me even more angry, 😡but Quavonna & Jennifer stepped up to deescalate the situation. Quavonna said she would make my order herself. She did and it was perfect. These to young ladies deserve a promotion and acknowledgment for doing what should have been done by management. No one in management spoke to me at all. These five stars are for Quavonna & Jennifer I hope to see you running this location. Great job ladies 💯🌹❤️🎈🎉🎁💐
