- JMJuilette Marie2 days ago5.0I’ve eaten at a lot of restaurants over the years, and I can honestly say Allison is one of the best servers I’ve ever had. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcome. She was friendly, attentive, quick on her feet, and somehow managed to take care of multiple tables while making us feel like we were her only customers. Our drinks never got low, our food came out exactly right, and she checked on us just enough without hovering. What really stood out was her personality. She has that rare ability to make people laugh, feel comfortable, and enjoy their meal even more. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. In a world where great customer service is becoming harder to find, Allison is the gold standard. If every restaurant had a server like her, dining out would be a whole different experience. We’ll absolutely be back, and we’ll be asking for her every time. 10/10 service. Give this woman a raise.
- JLJames Lewis5 days ago1.0My experience at Wings Pizza N Things was extremely disappointing. I waited well over 30 minutes just to get my food order entered, which is completely unacceptable. The lack of urgency and attention to customers made the entire process frustrating from start to finish. Hannah provided some of the poorest customer service I have encountered. She appeared uninterested in helping customers, failed to communicate effectively about the delay, and showed very little concern for the inconvenience being caused. A simple acknowledgment or apology would have gone a long way, but neither was offered. Waiting more than half an hour just to place an order demonstrates a serious breakdown in customer service. Based on this experience, I left feeling ignored, frustrated, and unappreciated as a customer. Unless significant improvements are made to both service and customer care, I would not recommend this location.
- RRRobert Rudnai5 days ago2.0I was really excited to try this place and really wanted to like it. I went in with my Family on a Sunday for lunch. Ordered wings, a salad and a cheese pizza. The wing sauce was delicious. The 6 wings were all drums, and not cooked properly. The fat on the skin didn't render and the drumettes were chewy and rubbery. The pizza wasn't much better. The crust was fine but the sauce was barely there, and the cheese was brittle, not melty. I can't review the salad because we never received it. I decided to give this place another chance and ordered takeout. When I got to the pick-up counter my order was ready, but not available. There was one person taking an order over the phone, and 5 other employees socializing by the hostess stand. The employee on the phone, when she wasn't keying in the order was chewing on her fingernails the whole time. I was hoping she wasn't going to be the one handling my food. That's unfortunately what happened.. that and using her bare hands to knock food crumbs off the counter and on to the floor. The wait wasn't bad about 6-7 munutes. I finally received the notification that my order was ready after I had returned home with the food.

The restaurant itself is beautiful, clean, and has plenty of parking, which made for a great first impression. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to the setting. We ordered two pizzas: a pepperoni and a tomato pizza and both were disappointing. It’s hard to understand how pizza could miss the mark this much. The ingredients and overall flavor felt lacking, and I would strongly suggest reconsidering the quality of ingredients being used. To be honest, I’ve had better pizza from chain restaurants like Pizza Hut and Papa John’s, and that’s not something I say lightly. Sadly, despite the attractive location and quick service, the food was below average. I wouldn’t return, which is disappointing considering the potential this place has.

I wanted to like it so much however I ordered cheesy bread that was more like cheesy crackers. The crust was way over cooked. Which made me change my mind on ordering pizza. I ordered a $14 dollar grilled chicken Caesar. When I got my salad it had zero dressing on it. I had to ask if it was supposed to come with dressing. They asked me what kind of dressing I wanted with my Caesar salad…ummm Caesar. I asked if they could take my salad and actually mix the salad as I was holding my 10 month old. The waitress brought my salad back and said they couldn’t mix it but brought me 2 packs of Caesar dressing. Which the plastic container cracked and splattered dressing all over me as I was holding my baby. I told the manager. But all I got was a well we don’t mix the salad. For $14 dollars I shouldn’t be doing it myself. Waitress disappeared and we didn’t ask for us if we wanted refills. We had to ask after she finally came by our table. We got tons of appetizers and food that was unfortunately not that great. Won’t be coming back :(
