Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

THE MANAGERS WERE AWFUL, ALL OF THEM..!!! They made a new worker bring out the food and didn't even come out to apologize and for giving my original order away, which was the older manager (The store said her name was LYNETTE) lady's excuse.!! She had attitude and never apologized once for any of this. SHE IS A BAD MANAGER, because I told her I waited 45-mins and she got annoyed with me!! The MANAGERS were absolutely AWFUL at handling this customer service issue. will NEVER be back and am going to file complaint with corporate (and get my REFUND for such poor service) in the morning about this horrible experience from 11:30pm - 12:10am on tuesday june 9th, 2026 (COMPLAINT FILED/ REFUND Processing back onto my Credit Card). Unacceptable and unprofessional by this Whataburger. failed. f- thanks guys, thanks for saving me money on never having to go here again. Appreciate it! That's actually a positive thing. :)

She said 8 mins on the wings yet made my brother wait 45 mins. Bad attitude when they were in the wrong. The store said her name was Lynette. Older black lady . Real attitude problem and wouldn't even apologize . Had to call the store and corporate about her bad behavior. Got the refund and courtesy points. She gave me a stare down as if we were wrong!
