I would really like to highlight the enthusiasm of one worker who really sold my Taco Bell experience. Now to get you started on this wild Taco ride me and my gang of gal pals went on a studious journey to Taco Bell. This quest for bellious flavor not only started at a Taco Bell but ended at a Taco Bell...-dramatic pause-...A DIFFERENT TACO BELL! That's right, on wheel, me and my jitleyangs trecked miles down the Westiodams Adam's (greatest road ever build but its government name because this review is very professional). Now before this SECOND journey could take place we traveled the lands to a movie theater where my husband/dad resides a 9 to 5 to "Chase that bag." AFTER, we shimmied on over to TACO BELL our final destination (but we were too goated to die). We almost did because we were waiting on my divorced mom's food when it suddenly occurred we've been waiting for 3 days (we finally realized why they were pestering us to leave because they were "closing") so on the 4th day we thought aloud in unison (because everyone knows it takes 4 days for group thinking to occur with your divorced mom and your husband/dad), "What if mom placed the order at the wrong Taco Bell?" Thats right. In these vast lands there are TWO Taco Bells. What a fruitful plane kf existence we live on. So in the Blue wheel jeep dragon we piled and off did my divorced mother pull the whip. We whipped it an hour later right over to [GOVERNMENT NAME] West Adam's where we were finally able to aquire mother's meal. A happy ending for all. It may not have been hot but it was definitely still ready. Bless you Taco Bell. And Bless you, Emmalie.
Employees were very rude yesterday. I paid around $30 for me and my girlfriend and I got bullied by the cashier and other workers in the kitchen. Won't be coming back if that how they treat their paying customers.
Very disappointing experience. We waited over 30 minutes for our order, even though this is supposed to be a fast-food restaurant. When we finally received it, the order was incorrect. We paid for extra chicken, but there were only three small pieces in the meal.
We politely went to the counter to explain the situation and ask for a solution. Instead of helping us, the staff ignored us, and we ended up waiting another 20 minutes without any response. When I finally spoke to someone, I was simply told that nothing could be done. I asked for a refund since we didn’t receive what we paid for, and that was denied as well. I even asked to speak with a manager, but no one was willing to help or offer any solution.
The most frustrating part wasn’t just the mistake with the order—it was the complete lack of customer service and accountability. The staff showed no interest in resolving the issue or taking care of their customers.
We also weren’t the only ones having problems. There were several DoorDash drivers and other customers waiting a long time for their orders, all frustrated and receiving no answers or solutions.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I definitely won’t be coming back, and I can’t recommend this location.
It took 30+ minutes to get my food in the drive through. If I hadn’t already paid on the app I would’ve driven off.
I just waited 45 minutes for Taco Bell. How do you even do that? They have one person making all the food and of course he is taking his sweet time with all of it. I had two employees come and ask if I was waiting on my order and it looked like both came out of the break room. And of course they were out of Baja blast. I have never been made this angry by a restaurant and I will not be returning to this location. Unbelievable.
