  I could not tell if our hoppers name was Jacee or Jayden, but my husband and I stopped by this evening and he was so friendly and helpful! 10/10 customer service 🥳🥳

  We have now gone to this sonic several times and things we paid for was left off or out of the order completely. The last time we had 2 different drinks and when I asked which one was which, the car hop’s response was she didn’t know because she didn’t make the drinks. The prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. This is a very disappointing situation. I don’t know if I’ll be going back there for a while.

  I wasn't sure what size a small shake would be. And he came out showing me different size cups. Oh now thats what I call GREAT SERVICE. Keep DAVID. I WILL follow wherever he goes for the service.

  Ordered on the app. Checked in pick up spot. They couldn't find my order, then gave me someone else's order. I returned the order and waited for my food. Ordered cherry limeades, drinks tasted like spoiled cherries or bad sprite. Finally got my food. The appetizers were actually the best part. The burgers were tasteless and still wrong for mine (no pickles I ordered extra). The worst Sonics experience i ever had.
