  Got me and my wife drunken ramen and squid game. The squid was awesome but they seriously use top ramen from the little cheap packages. Come on dude. The squid was pretty good but they seriously cut up carrots and old lettuce and some ground chuck beef and served it to me what the heck. The ice cream next door is next level though.

  If you're looking for something a little different this is the place. I really like their poke bowls, usually I have the build your own bowl. This time I tried the California bowl with crab meat, also very fresh and tasty. Loved the mango and avocado.

  When I first heard about Rockin' Ramen, I'll admit that I expected it to be just another ramen shop. I thought it would be decent, but nothing particularly special. I was completely wrong. The first bowl I ordered immediately changed my mind. This is not generic ramen—this is chef-quality food. Every component feels intentional, from the rich, flavorful broth to the perfectly prepared toppings. One of my favorite parts of the meal is the incredible umami egg. It is absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared every time. In fact, it's so good that I wish I could be friends with the chef just so I could learn how to make it myself. It adds so much flavor and depth to the ramen that it has become one of the things I look forward to most when ordering. Even the chili oil has a chef's touch to it. It isn't just heat for the sake of heat—it adds another layer of flavor that elevates the entire bowl. Details like that are what separate good food from exceptional food. What impresses me most is the consistency and dedication to quality. You can tell that a tremendous amount of skill, care, and pride goes into every dish. Whenever I have the opportunity, Rockin' Ramen is one of my favorite places to eat, and I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates authentic, thoughtfully crafted food. Don't make the mistake of assuming it's just another ramen restaurant. It is something special.

  Love Rockin Ramen. The pork katsu curry is my go-to and always hits the spot. The food is consistently good, the staff is friendly, and it's become one of my favorite places to eat in Temple. Highly recommend!

  The food was so fresh, flavorful, and wonderfully prepared. Every bite was delicious, but the standout for me was the kale noodles. They were perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, and unlike anything I’ve had before. I honestly wish I knew how to make kale noodles taste that good at home! I really loved the combination of ingredients, seasonings, and textures made the entire meal so delicious. It’s not often that I find a dish that leaves me thinking about it long after I’ve finished eating, but these noodles certainly did. Overall, if you’re looking for a place that serves incredible ramen and unique, flavorful options, Rockin Ramen is definitely worth a visit. I will absolutely be coming back and can’t wait to order those amazing kale noodles again!
