When my husband and I came here, we knew this place was only open one more hour until they closed. We were seated and we could immediately tell the staff were all very busy despite the main room in the restaurant being quite empty. Our server then informed us that just prior to us entering a party of 50 came without prior reservations and they were all seated in their special reservation room. Having worked in the food industry before, I can only imagine how overwhelming that would be. While I know there was tension behind the scenes, this was barely felt in our dining experience. The staff served us just as well as if there were no other people there. There was a slight and brief confusion from the staff on who was serving us, but this was soon rectified when of the leading staff members with a fedora came out to share why he had been present briefly and then why he needed to step away. He clearly knew the menu and their specials quite well, showing a level of professionalism that garners this restaurant’s reputation. Yet he wasn’t stiff at all! Engaging and friendly despite the pressure he was under. Our server Diesel was wonderful and made sure I had multiple peeks at dessert before leaving. Though I didn’t take her up on her offer, I appreciate her tenacity and level of attentiveness to us that evening. The food (lobster bisque, lasagna) and atmosphere were all wonderful and the food came out very timely even with the unexpected large party, an impressive feat itself! We had our share of bread (delicious!), our entrees, and our check all within the one hour we spent there (and that was perfect!). The playlist was also banging. While we live far out of town, if we had an opportunity to return we would!
The food was so good and our waiter was so chill, we had a reservation and even though there was a line out the door it took like a minute to get a table once we had told the hostess

Nice place with pretty good food, but unfortunately disappointing due to some pretty minor (and avoidable) issues. 1. Offering bread is such a simple added value at a restaurant with relatively high prices.... but here, it's an added charge. 2. At the end we saw that using a credit card comes with a service charge. Again, that's a small, but annoying junk-fee which is not expected at a nice restaurant.
It's nice when a restaurant exceeds your expectations, but unfortunately we left Pignetti's feeling like they just provided another over-priced, average meal.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and it had been highly recommended. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars 🌟 is because I made a reservation in advance, and when we arrived, our table wasn’t ready. We were seated near the kitchen, which wasn’t ideal—especially since we were celebrating our wedding anniversary.
Our waitress was very kind, although service was a bit slow. My husband’s salad never arrived, but the rest of the food was absolutely delicious, served at the right temperature, and full of flavor.
Desserts were great with a nice variety, and the coffee ☕️ (cappuccino and espresso) was excellent.
Big credit to the chefs—10/10 for speed and presentation 👌.
Overall, I do recommend this place. Despite a few service issues, the food made it worth it, and I would visit again.
