  Mr. Gatti's has always been a favorite of mine. When my family or friends went to Killeen they would always call to see if I wanted a pizza. Now that they have been in Temple, all of my experiences have been great. Today I ordered an accidentally selected delivery instead of pickup, so to offset the delivery charge I was offered a dessert. (They offered a refund, as well but we took the dessert.) Great price with the coupon!! I do wish the app was easier to navigate.

  **I am leaving my original review below, but must amend- up from 1 star on the food. I have returned to this location 3 more times, and all has been wonderful! Especially this past week, when Stephanie ran the sales counter. As I waited for my order, I overheard this pleasant voice taking orders on the phone and in person, and I thought, "what a wonderful employee!" Every person in customer service should be like her. And just when I thought the art of true service was dead...[old review below] diehard here- a frequent diner and fan since my first bite of Mr. Gatti's pizza 40+ years ago! This is my second or third visit to this new Temple location. I drive out of my hometown to "getta Gatti's". Purchased 2 large pizzas to go, and the order came out accurately. BUT, as I finished the last of the first box, there was a human hair among the meat/veggie crumbles leftover. I wrote this off as possibly one of my own hairs having fallen out. Benefit of the doubt. Then, however, I found a second human hair nestled within the cheese of a piece of the second pizza. Now, these, in retrospect, cannot be mine, because my hair is very short, and these were longer. Great tasting pizza as usual, and good service- at the time. But no excuse for this. Period. I'll most likely be back here, until the one in my town opens up. But I hope this is resolved.

  Enjoyed this pizza as a child. Looked forward to it's return. I was not disappointed.
