Terrible experience today. I ordered in the app, arrived at the drive thru and then waited at the speaker for a few mins. When someone finally spoke the first thing they said was, “we aren’t taking any orders right now unless you want to wait 15 mins.” When I let him know I ordered in the app and don’t see anything about no orders he started telling me off… something about having a big order. When he took a breath to reload on me about how I didn’t have a choice and accused me of having an attitude , I asked if I could speak to the manager. He didn’t say anything, and then a few mins later someone else came on and explained they had a large catering order and then I explained that I ordered on the app and needed help canceling my order since I already paid. I asked if she was the manager and she said no, I was already speaking to the manager. When I asked for his name she said it was against policy to provide a name. This happed on 8/24 approximately 5:45 pm. The man was so rude, the second person was indifferent. Not once from either person was I greeted, nor did I receive an apology for the issue they were struggling with. I had to let the woman know that it was him having the attitude as I was the only person addressing ppl with respect. I hope this location trains their employees better on customer service. Also, just because a customer speaks with confidence, it doesn’t mean they are having an attitude. I was the only person using pleasantries and speaking with sense. It was bizarre and was shocking to experience. I had my kids in the car… we were all shocked by how ugly the “manger” was being. Side note: my family’s order is often called “large” and they never stop taking orders for me. They tell me to pull to the second window and still fill orders, so I’m so baffled by the leadership decision to stop taking orders.

I have an autistic grandson and the only meat we can get him to eat is chicken nuggets from McDonald’s. On 8/21/26, I placed an online order for him for the location in front of Walmart on Adams. Since I was going there anyway, my daughter also placed an order. I gave a young lady over the speaker both order numbers, she said she saw our orders and I could proceed to the second window, only I couldn’t because there were 4 cars in front of me. As time passed some of the cars just drove off and after 45 minutes my daughter called to make sure I was okay. When I told her I was still in line at McDonald’s, she said someone must have quit on them. A young g man came to the window, explained their system went down and he asked me for my order numbers, I gave him both codes and he told me one moment because the system was doing something wonky. I was sitting there almost an hour and an older man that I assume was the manager came to the window and asked me what I wanted. I explained I had 2 online orders and he looked through the receipts on the counter and said he didn’t see me order but he could take my order and I could pay him. I just had cataract surgery so I had on the dark glasses to protect my eyes, but I ripped them off and asked him why should I have to pay again because he couldn’t see the orders. I showed him the receipts on my phone and you could see they weren’t picked up yet. I believe he was a manager but they need to send him to training to learn some soft skills because his customer service sucked big time. He was not empathetic to the people who had been in line over an hour. He had an accusatory tone like I was trying to get over. I rarely eat anything from McDonalds myself, when I end up there, it’s because of my grandson. This location almost always messes orders up, but I usually go to that one because it’s convenient to my job and easier to hit on my way home. After the interaction this evening, I think I will either go to General Bruce or 31st Street.

Don’t bother placing mobile orders any time after 10 pm. They close the drive through and tell customers they decided to close early. So much for store hours. Not the first time

Ive been waiting in the drive-thru for 30 mins for our food and counting..... This was an online order too. This McDonald's used to be the best one ive ever been to. Not sure what happened! Management? Get to the window, gal confirmed our order. 10 mins later, another gal came to the window and ask what we ordered.... Edit... waited in line for 40 minutes. This is INSANE!!!

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. First time their screens froze for mobile ordering so I waited 30 minutes before another customer came out and let me know. Second time I pull up to wet floor signs in the drive thru and there was at least a 30 minute wait for an order. I was then told I could go to another McDonald’s with my receipt to get my food, which turned out to be a lie. There will not be a third time. Do yourself a favor and go out of your way to the one in Belton or by Buc-ee’s.
