  Went around 3 30 am because supposedly 24hrs went to drivethru guy at the drivethru said “breakfast dosent start till in about 30mins ish” i said thats ok ill get lunch menu as thats what they had on screen he the says we are not selling lunch so i said ok ill get breakfast then and he says we are not selling breakfast i told him what can i order he says “Nothing”. Just think u dont gotta be rude if they have an open 24hrs online

  Mother’s Day morning crew really needs to do better. I understand people are underpaid and overworked, but being rude and dismissive to customers isn’t okay. If I wanted attitude and one-word responses, I would’ve stayed home and cooked myself. The manager standing in the back while the lobby filled up and the line kept growing instead of helping the front? Not a good look. A little kindness and teamwork goes a long way.

  The person I was talking to was very dismissive and disrespectful so I asked for a manger she was also very disrespectful and kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain the problem. I ask for her name and she refuses to give it to me and hangs up. When u work in customer service you should care about your customers and show respect. And this attitude was all because I asking why they stop serving lunch before the time they had online she responded with because we stop serving lunch 2 hours before to prepare an that’s never how they did it before, just tonight.

  I would love to take a moment to recognize Ms. Queenie, a manager at McDonald’s, for her outstanding customer service. I’ve been visiting frequently in search of specific Happy Meal toys, and while some employees would simply say they didn’t have them without checking, Ms. Queenie went above and beyond. Even while she was already off the clock, she took the time to personally help me and made the effort to find exactly what I was looking for. That level of dedication truly stood out to me. Every time I visit, I also notice how professionally she carries herself—with kindness, patience, and a genuine heart for both customers and her team. It’s rare to see someone lead with such consistency and care. Ms. Queenie is a true asset, and her exceptional service does not go unnoticed. Thank you for going the extra mile!

  Placed an order on the app and was told they stopped serving food at 3? And won’t be serving breakfast until 4:30. So they only sell drinks and cookies for an entire hour and a half? What’s the point of having 3 people working overnight if you can’t sell literally anything on menu? Whats even the point of being a 24 7 hour store if you’re just gonna make me leave my house after I already placed my order then say you can’t serve any food for over an hour and a half?
