I am rating the store with 5 stars because Erika and Alex 2 of the management team turned it all around and made it right. It's easy to just do your job but it's not easy to try to right a wrong. They both went above and beyond and made it right. Great service from these two.

This location reminds me of a Piggly Wiggly store from the layout to the quality of the food items. We left the items in the shopping cart and just walked out and drove to the 31st st location where the experience was the complete opposite! A much better quality of food items and the lighting was completely different. I absolutely will NOT be visiting the West Adam's location again!🚫

I have given HEB nothing but 5 stars. It's the only place I shop. But this location was hard to give 2 stars.
