- HPHal PagelAug 11, 20265.0We shop almost exclusively at the Adams and 25th location. The staff is always friendly and they go out of their way to help us find the things that we need. Being a “senior citizen” has challenges sometimes, but your staff is always helpful. It is a rare occasion to go in and not find what we are looking for. The shelves are well stocked and have a wide selection of products. The meat department has a good selection of meat and the deli carries my favorite ham. Please never change. Thank you to all of the hard working people there. Thank Pagel, Temple TX.

- RQr qAug 6, 20262.0Store is very run down and doesnt feel clean just because its so beat up. Love HEB and this store is a skip. The selection is small compared to majority of other stores, is always busy and parking is difficult. You'd think with all of the traffic in the store they'd do any kind of remodeling, shoot flooring and paint would go miles in this store. This is 1 of 2 stores in Temple. Although farther away for me, the 31st street has a much better selection, is cleaner and bigger. Talking with neighbors they go to the waco or belton locations.

Not only did she give me instructions, she walked me through it step by step and did not walk away until it was done. She did this with a smile and did not get exasperated even when she had to repeat herself.
