Resetting a store should be done at night! Bad enough can’t find groceries you need then fighting grocery pickup carts which they don’t care if they run over you coolers weren’t stocked no half and half spent over an hour still didn’t find everything I needed employees too busy talking to each other or on their phones almost got hit by buggy’s being brought in on their phone done with HEB

Always busy here and good workers. Love the seafood they got and they have the crawfish and crab boil right outside a few times.

Nothing but rude employees. All have an attitude for working in a air conditioned building. They act like they are doing you a favor for doing a job they are paid for. I will never step foot into that store ever again. I will shop anywhere but HEB.

HEB does some things great and others not so much. Recent visit. 6-10. Watching an employee stock either cilantro or parsley. He was just stuffing all the new stuff on top while chatting away with another employee (what happened to ROTATING) . There were moldy lemons in the bin with all the lemons. For the price they looked terrible. HCF brand split chicken breasts. The back wall where most chicken is the sale price was not on the chicken. We sort of missed the bin where they had the bulk of the sale priced chicken. HCF brand is/or used to be the lowest of the brands. If you pay attention, you will now find HCF chips for $1.50. No more putting the HEB brands on sale! They did have half and half. It is really sad HEB brand prices are keeping in line with name brand things. The bread is so overpriced. I come from a place where I love to have a variety of things and HEB is very limited at times. The shoppers in Temple are like vultures, and they are just standing by for things to go on sale, get stocked so they can clear the shelves out. HEB if/when you read this instead of asking me to contact you, watch the video on so said day between 7:20-7:30 pm and you will see what I was talking about in the produce. For me HEB just isn't what it used to be. It is expanding so rapidly, and the stores are becoming harder to keep fully stocked of anything. IF I had more stores to choose from in Temple I would but am limited without having to drive to Austin or Dallas! I miss Winco and Grocery Outlet.

HEB has been a staple for my family for pretty much all of my life. I grew up buying groceries here, I worked for the company, and I now provide my own family with food from our local HEB. The shelves were fully stocked and I was able to find everything on my list. Jose, our cashier, provided excellent customer service and always makes us feel welcomed. Him and Dee both bagged our groceries appropriately. When I got outside, Sammy was gathering carts and asked if I needed help putting away my groceries, after seeing that I had my baby with me. It was very hot today and I could see he already had his hands full, but I took the opportunity to get the baby in the car seat while he carefully put all of my groceries in the trunk. I am overall very pleased with the service I received today and I think everyone mentioned above performed absolutely perfect! Getting this kind of service consistently is absolutely commendable and reminds me of why I love coming to HEB over any other local store! I appreciate the friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency! I will continue to shop here and will recommend to others in the future! Thank you guys for making my grocery trip so much easier today! We appreciate all you do!
