  The workers were dirty, the line was very dirty with old dried food on the line, like it hasn't been wiped all day. When I walked up the first thing a female worker said to me was" I'm on break someone will be with you" and walked away. There was no fresh food, the worker that did help me had to go to the drive thru to fill my order, and he was dirty. I didn't eat it, to afraid. I'll NEVER go back and I see why it always looks empty.

  I came in at around 8:40-50pm 8-29-26 tonight and the young girl who made my food for me was absolutely phenomenal and lovely. I want to make clear this is not about the girl who made my food. Her coworker, Rico, told her that he was going to, what I assume was, clean the restrooms and to grab him if she needs help. Who I am going to assume was a manager, an older white woman with long graying hair came up behind the girl who was taking my order and asked the girl “Where is Rico?” And she told the manager “He’s doing the restrooms”, her manager proceeds to say very loudly “No he is not”. I very clearly heard the boy tell her that is what he was going to do and I also told the girl that I heard him say this. The manager woman then walks away and as I was being handed my bag, this woman slams her hands onto the counter right next to me, not 2 feet away from me, right next to me, and proceeds to scold the girl with there being 4-5 others seated in the restaurant, and about 3 other people in line behind me. This was very unprofessional, especially to do something like that infront of so many people in a work place. If there are cameras present and facing the counter, I believe it would very smart for those to be looked over, and for her to be evaluated. This level of unprofessionalism should not be tolerated, especially not when there are still customers present in the building.

  Well there is a reason the reviews are at a 2 star. Manage me in extremely rude. I went to go talk to them about making an order that was completely gross, the rice and beans were hard. I was told they couldn’t because it was the next day, when on the phone I was told we could. The manager is extremely rude and the GM just seems like he doesn’t care at all. Horrible customer service.

  I eat here infrequently as a local, when I can afford. Custom burrito options -- good guacamole and sour cream... ideal when lower tier options have over-extended their life upon my diet.

  This is our go to place for take out when we want fresh, tasteful tex-mex. Ingredients are fresh and satisfying.
