- DDDesarae3 days ago2.0It is really disappointing how many mistakes I've encountered here with my order. The other chick fil location down the road they moved from was way better never had a problem all the years we've been going. They had more booths and a consistent team. The new location has more than enough room to park, huge parking lot with great customer and bus parking the inside however is waaay smaller it cannot hold a bus load of people unless the restaurant has no other customers. And there's only a few booths and couple of tables and the kids playground is really nothing. The building and food has declined greatly in my opinion its very disappointing to me because we go to chick fil at least once a week, we will most likely have to drive further to start going to other locations. Also no more curbside here.

I parked, made my online order, and went thru the mobile line way faster than everyone else in the regular line. I did order a Mac n cheese in our kid's meal, and it came with fries instead. But I eat here all the time a day that is the first time I've come home missing something.

Poorly executed operationally and it seems the recourse is to just have the staff redirect traffic in the wrong lane to just loop back around all day- needs signage further back to help drivers as non-locals may not be familiar. Service was below average as I've gone twice to this location now in non-peak periods. Staff professionalism also needs work. It's a new location, but needs better management and operational oversight to provide a better experience.
