  The employees here are slooowwwww. Watching the girl in the back lay cheese on the sandwich I counted ten seconds per slice per sandwich. Seems like its being done on purpose. First person at the register takes over 5 minutes to be greeted, no eye contact, no welcome greeting nothing at all and when they finally notice you it's like the eyes of a deer in headlights. Radio is also playing a lot of profanity (F words) particularly at the moment it's sublime.

  We had an issue where we ordered food for two hours ahead but the app defaulted to immediate pick up. We were unable to get there before the two hours was up, so our food sat the whole time at the restaurant. The shift manager (I believe her name was Leena or something similar, I am terrible with names) was super kind and understanding. She made fresh food for us to enjoy and we are so grateful. Awesome customer service. Thanks!!

  Slow and seemingly out of EVERYTHING all the time. Never have any roast beef or Arby's sauce.

  This place was awful. Awful service. Workers yelling and being rude to customers. Poor elderly couple walked in and they were rude about being out of an item. The girl up front rolled her eyes and laughed at the couple. Door dasher came in and they were out of gyros and he was trying to figure it out and she shooed him away. I don’t know what this establishment is doing but it’s not it. Food all on the floor and sticky.

  I just went through the drive thru at the Arby’s in West Adams and although i love Arby’s i will never again stop at this location. I order the crispy chicken box and the good tasted like it was a week old. The chicken was overcooked and very cold, the tomatoes were rotten and the mayo tasted stale. Fries were stale and cold, the peach cobbler roll was burnt and the iced tea contained more sugar than water. I ended throwing the entire meal away since i only have a short time for lunch. I tried calling the phone number on the receipt and apparently that is a Marketing office. I called the number on google it rings three times a recording says good bye and hungs up. Disgusting!!
