  I haven't been to Arby's in almost 4yrs and I must say it was good hot and fresh the workers were respectful and the restaurant was clean even the restroom

  Absolutely disgusted. I watched employees touching their hair and faces, no gloves while handling food, no hats or hairnets, employee barely audible through speaker, they acted disgusted we would dare come order there and shot glares while bringing our food out. Multiple health code violations seen in a short time. I WILL be contacting the health department and corporate.

  We ordered our food and attempted to pay with cash and the young man was polite about it and asked the manager if they took cash and was told no. There are no signs notifying customers that this is a cashless establishment. Or is it? Received our order and the curly fries were cold. The young man that helped us did correlate issue. He should be commended for his customer service skills. My wife and I truly enjoyed eating at Arby’s but if this is what the customer service is going to be like, I will take my business elsewhere. Very, very disappointed in the service that was shown at this Arbys location. And from reading the reviews, it seems that we are not the only ones that feel the service here needs immediate and drastic attention. I hope that Corporate gets a handle on the issues here.

  Ordered food on Uber Eats from this location and all the food was burnt. Absolutely terrible. I will never get anything else from here! Thank God Uber Eats refunded my money

  My food was absolutely delicious! I ordered the Beef & Cheddar sandwich with curly fries and the Peach Cobbler Roll. Everything was served hot, fresh, and tasted great. I used the Arby's app, which had a promotion for a free sandwich with a $5 purchase. My total came to about $7, making it an incredible value. I also asked the cashier for extra, extra Arby's Sauce, and they generously provided it. Great food, excellent value, and friendly service made this a wonderful experience. I'll definitely be back!
