I have never had a negative experience at this location until today. The General Manager Liberty was rude to a customer in front of me and to me. She refused to listen to myself or the guy in front of me. She tapped on peoples orders and was super rude. I called because we were missing an item but she talked over me and hung up. I also had one of the workers telling me "I know she's rude." I hope they fire her because the rest of the staff is always super nice.

Honestly the worst Pizza Hut. Managers always running around with no idea what’s going on, making snarky comments towards the customers, and wait time is atleast double what you’re told if not longer. Today it was 30 minutes when ordered, got there and told another 15 because they were behind, came back 20 later and they laughed while saying “I had to make someone go do wings it’s going to be another 15”. The pizza is rarely right, they’re always out of dough, they complain about remaking or refunding or even just giving ranch to make up for it.

I Had to Fight/ Wrestle for My Own PAID Pizza with disgruntled Invader Zim character looking employee. It was the strangest and most uncomfortable customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Pizza Hut location.
From the very beginning, the employee assisting me came across as unusually abrasive and dismissive. When I asked basic questions about the menu, instead of helping, she responded in a sarcastic and condescending tone, as if I was inconveniencing her just by ordering.
Then things started to feel… off. At one point, I asked for a Coke, and instead of simply clarifying, she turned to her coworker and loudly said something like, “Who has Coke here? We don’t have Coke here,” as if I wasn’t even standing there. Then she looked back at me and corrected me with a tone that felt more mocking than helpful. It was such an exaggerated reaction to a normal request that it honestly felt surreal.
Despite all of this, I stayed calm and tried to be pleasant. I genuinely gave her the benefit of the doubt at first, assuming maybe she was having a bad day. Or has some sort of disorder or was mentally challenged. But the interaction kept escalating in a way that didn’t make sense.
The situation took a turn over a very minor misunderstanding about whether my order was dine-in or carryout. Instead of simply clarifying it, she became fixated on proving that I had said “carryout,” while I calmly explained that I had said “dine-in.” What made it even more confusing is that this detail didn’t even matter in any practical sense—but she continued to argue about it.
Then it escalated into something I’ve honestly never experienced before: when I reached for my pizza—after already paying for it—she physically pulled it away from me. We were literally standing there holding opposite sides of the pizza box, going back and forth in a tug-of-war over my own order. It felt bizarre and completely unnecessary, especially considering how minor the misunderstanding was.
At that point, I was genuinely confused about why this was happening at all. Instead of de-escalating, she continued to argue, refused to hand over the order, and then threatened to call the authorities over the situation—again, over something as simple as dine-in versus carryout.
She ultimately told me to leave and not come back, which only added to how disproportionate the entire interaction felt.
This wasn’t just poor customer service—it was unnecessarily confrontational, confusing, and uncomfortable from start to finish. I’ve never had an experience where a basic order turned into a physical back-and-forth over a pizza box and a threat to involve authorities.
If they were understaffed and just couldn’t keep up with orders and serving simply communicating that would have been sufficient.
The place was absolutely empty and the phone was not ringing. There was 3 employees who looked miserable. I’m sure no one wants those jobs and that’s why homegirl is able to keep it no matter what. lol
I strongly encourage management to review this situation and address the level of professionalism at this location, because no customer should have to go through something like this.

Stopped in for lunch while driving through Taylor and I’m glad we did. Our waitress, Liberty, was super polite and friendly. She refilled our drinks several times and made sure we had everything we needed. Our Goddaughter loves Pizza Hut and really enjoyed her visit there with us. She LOVES Paw Patrol and was SO EXCITED to hear that our waitress’s name was the same as her favorite character, LIBERTY 🥰
