  the sonic has only gotten worse. i genuinely hate ordering here because i know they will either forget something or not look at the customizations. They dont even answer the phone we tried calling several times because they messed up our order severely forgot a sandwich and ignored requests and we didnt notice until we got home. they ignore customization on food items and terrible service. this place has gone down hill ever since Trevor left i rarely enjoy getting sonic at this location anymore because ITS EVERY TIME!!! i genuinely think its the night crew at this point.

  Went back because burger was made in correctly, figured maybe I didn’t say it right the first time. Went back to get it remade, asked for only mustard no onion, I got the mustard and no onion, but the rest of the veggies but pickles were gone too. I just wanted my lettuce and tomato. :(
