  Maria was AMAZING! She was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely made my experience at Chipotle better. You can tell when someone actually cares about the people they’re helping! She went above and beyond & had such a great attitude!

  WORST chipotle ever!!! Do not go. Server was so rude. Went at 4:30pm - no beef, no guac, no ice- and told me after I ordered extra drinks!!!!

  Worst Chipotle experience. The employees were unbelievably rude and acted super unprofessional. Id specifically point out the worker with the mole on her nose, she had a terrible attitude for absolutely no reason. From the second I walked in, she didn’t even speak. She just stared at me. Then threw my chips and drink in the bag, and didn’t even hand me the bag or anything, I had to reach over to grab it, after shed already walked off. The food was nasty too, & they were out of everything & it was super messy. Def one of the worst Chipotle locations I've been to. Between the awful customer service and disappointing food, I won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

  Man this place has been going downhill over the past couple months. I usually order chipotle thru delivery services and the quantity/quality of food I get is just atrocious. The burrito bowl i order is usually only 50-60% of the quantity you get when you go in person, I feel like I am overpaying for what I get. On top of that, many times the chicken is overcooked which makes it taste awful and I have to throw the entire bowl cause of that. Plus, today they got my order wrong too, I ordered Apollo Asado and they gave the normal chicken. Like why am I paying the extra dollar for chicken if you are going to give me the lower tier chicken and half a spoon of the intended quantity. Overall, this place feels like a waste of money to order from and moving forward I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here.

  Worst chipotle location in existence. I live by this chipotle for 5 years, and I literally drive to another chipotle location slightly further as often as I can because of how terrible this location is. Literally every other visit I make to this location, it’s a guarantee that one or more items will be unavailable. Decided to give the location another chance today (a big mistake) and I used the online order app. Order is not ready, multiple items not available, ready 20 minutes late, and 2 of 3 bowls incorrectly made. I also ordered online and nothing can be done to cancel and can’t get support from the online app (Chipotle corporate fault), even though my order hadn’t been made. The location slow, understaffed, and poorly managed. In 4-5 years you’d hope to see a change. I hope the location gets new ownership someday. In the meantime, I’d encourage everyone to go to the bee cave rd location over this one whenever you can.
