  Will not order from this place again! The manager on duty is rude! She needs to learn from the other staff on how to treat costumers

  The manager that is there today is rude disrespectful, it’s a female that does not provide her name and hangs up the phone. Needs training. If you don’t like working there find something else.

  I ordered a pizza for delivery, delivery person left outside my door didn’t notify me. I called to request a refund the lady that answered said she was only able to do it if I gave her my card number I told her I would try door dash and she said she would make me two pizza for free at no charge. I called door dash and they said that they could t refund due to ordering their ugh pizza hut website. I called door dash back the manager answered and was rude said no to the the free pizza since I only needed 1 and the refund would take 3 business days. She didn’t want to honor what the other employee OFFERED got upset because I asked her name she hung up on me. Now no pizza no refund. They pizza box was full of flies. She definitely needs some training with customer service. I did not yell, curse was not rude or disrespectful. All I did was ask for her name and she did not want to give it to me. Do better Pizza Hut
