  Orderer a strawberry passion fruit in the app while running an errand. I had been working outside in the heat. After picking up the drink, I started driving down the road, took a large drink and realized the drink did not have strawberry and was watered down sour something. I figured I would return and ask to have my drink redone after completing my quick errand. I ask one of the employees if they can remake my drink, they disappear inside and a short hispanic guy comes out and says “what’s wrong”. I show in the app what I ordered and there are no strawberries in my drink and it tastes like sour water. He says, you drank some of it so we can’t remake it. I protested, okay but this is not what I ordered. He says you drank some of it, I won’t remake your drink. I grab the cup, throw it in the trash and left. I’m not going to waste my day arguing over a $2 drink. There are 15 other establishments in a 1/4 mile, I’ll be getting my drinks, breakfast and lunches from one of them.

  I come to this location a lot. It’s the closest one to my house. The last couple of times I came they didn’t get my order right. I don’t know if it’s simply not caring or lazy. But either way it’s not a good thing,especially in this economy now. Eating out is a treat not an every night thing. I paid 43.24$ for 3 meals. I ask for specific veggies on my daughter’s sandwich and they seem to not get it right. The first time this happened I blew it off the second time I came back up here very upset. Yes they did make it right. Not the point though. Tired of lazy and employees that don’t care about job details

  The service was the worst, drinks were trash, and their attitude was even worse. First off the lady answered the drive thru by saying "Drive thru" and I could hear her eyes roll. Second her attitude the whole time was absolutely trash. Third they gave us the oldest limes in our drinks and. Go waste your money somewhere else!

  Got a burger today and I can say it was not fresh had to throw it away 7 bucks down the drain

  Stopped in for a Strawberry fruit slushy. Taste was not good. No fruit in it at all, this is 2nd time in 3 weeks. Very disappointing, usually very good here.
