  I recently visited McDonald's and had a mixed experience. I usually come through often because it’s quick, easy, and affordable, and I’ve honestly never had a bad experience here before. The food is typically fresh, the orders are correct, and it’s a convenient stop when I’m in a hurry. However, this visit was different due to the service. The lady at the first window, who was wearing a pink jacket, was rude and unprofessional. She was visibly frustrated with customers and even got to the point of slamming her hand on the counter while taking an order. It made the whole interaction uncomfortable and left a really negative impression. It’s disappointing because this location has always been reliable for me, but that kind of behavior makes me not want to come back. I hope management addresses this so the experience can return to what it used to be.

  Whoever the lady that was at the first window (Cash Window) on April 30, 2026, At 9:00PM DOES NOT need to be at that window if she is going to be rude and ESPECIALLY if she doesn’t know how to say the CORRECT total!! Y'all need some new employees that are RESPECTFUL and KNOWS how to say the CORRECT total!!

  Never really have any problems with drive through, got my order today and my sauces are cut open. Not sure what happened or why but almost unsettling.
