I was looking for opportunities to do a few random acts of kindness throughout the day, and then life threw me a curveball and left me stranded in the middle of the drive-thru. Iâll be honest, I was frustrated and discouraged. It was hard not to think âwell thatâs what I get for trying to do something nice, I shouldâve just stayed homeâ But then something really cool happened. The Dutch Bros crew came running out to help, even trying to jump-start Thelma. They checked on me, made me laugh when I needed it most, and treated me with so much kindness and compassion. All the while I was totally holding up their line and causing them added stress. Then, as if that wasnât enough, two guys from completely different cars got out and came jogging across the parking lot to help us push her. Not because they had to. Not because they knew me. Just because they saw someone who needed help. And they did it with smiles on their faces. After all of that, I came back through after we found out we couldnât get the part we needed until the next morning to let them know. I was worried they might have to tow my car (totally understandable) but instead the Dutch Bros team surprised me with stickers, a gift card, and the sweetest handwritten note. What started as a stressful breakdown turned into a reminder that there are still really good people in this world. This was actually my first time ever visiting Dutch Bros, and after today, youâve earned a lifelong customer. Between your incredible team and the kindness of complete strangers, my entire day was turned around. Thank you to everyone who stopped what they were doing to help a stranded girl and her old Cadillac. Today reminded me that kindness has a funny way of finding its way back to you when you need it most. â¤ď¸âď¸đ P.S. Thelma may have broken down, but my faith in people got a jump start today. đâ¨

How do I earn points?
Itâs easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and thereâs no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and youâll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way youâd like!
